“Love Hare & the Hound! Befn going since I was a kid with my parents. Love to pop in to pick up nostalgic British items such as crisps, bangers, pudding, sausage rolls, Heinz beans , scones and imported English fare! Best selection of Cadbury and European chocolates. Tea, trinkets tea pots and tea cozy’s! If you can’t cross the pond it’s a slice of heaven! Reminds me of my visits and time living in England! Tricia and family are lovely as always! Just popped by today to pick up British breakfast items for the Liverpool game on Saturday morning! British breakfast time!!! The best! A little piece of home in westlake village that makes you feel like you took a step into the UK! Best Easter and holiday treats on display! We Love this place!always a warm welcome!”
“Love the craft house! Dropped off the kiddos at the near by gymnastics studio for a date night at the craft house. Such a nice time slowing down and relaxing with art! Great wines and beer and seltzers as well! We did one craft and 4 drinks for about $100. (70 for the craft and $30 for drinks) Not a half bad date night and something fun too to put up every Christmas. Customer service is always excellent. And lots of choices of projects from big doorway designs to small table top projects. Never thought of sharing a project before but loved working on something together.”
“It's a small shop but the customer service I've gotten both times I've went was above and beyond. The items are a little pricey, but the quality of the items I purchased was worth it. The staff both times were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase an online gift card. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to support smaller businesses and get away from the giant retailers of the world.”

“The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and kind! I feel like this type of store creates such a warm and welcoming environment. If you're looking for a particular item, just call or ask in store. The staff will look into their database and see if the item is at a nearby store. Don't pass on their sales online too and ship to this store. I've always had a great experience here and even gotten some holds and pick up extensions done without issue”
“My daughter loves speciality toys and products with an anime theme and this is her favorite store for these type of items. We visited this store the other day to look around for something new. One thing I've noticed about the store is that their inventory turns over fairly quickly and in some cases once it's gone (from the store) it never comes back. It's a specialty store...some of the items they sell can't be located anywhere else (except a sister store in some other city) so you can imagine that prices (for these items ) are all over the place.”
