“Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new mattress from here a few months back. After years of roughing it on a queen size bed we finally decided to upgrade to a King. We shopped around at a few stores but in the end landed at Temp Flow and new right away we found the right store. Kaylee was wonderful to work with picking out our new mattress. Super friendly and made the decision easy on us. We got to meet the owner as well who was very knowledgeable about his business yet made us feel at home. He immediately knew what we were looking for, we tried out the mattress and all things felt right. About 2 weeks into our new purchase we noticed the bed was way too squishy for our liking. We were nervous as to what the response would be that what we chose wouldn’t be able to be replaced or exchanged. We let Kaylee know what was happening and she said no need to worry, the owner will call to help with a solution. A few days passed and we started to worry, then finally he called. And went above and beyond to help. he said it would be of no problem to fix the mattress, he knew based on what our dissatisfaction was how to fix it. We set a day to have the team pick it up and fix the issue. Sure enough later that day they returned our mattress and it’s been incredible since, ZERO ISSUES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✅”

“I went to WDC in Agoura last week shopping for a for refrigerator for my home. I was greeted promptly upon arriving, this didn’t happen at the other big box stores. Kyle was the person who showed us around the refrigerator area. He was professional and knowledgeable with the questions we had. After viewing several models we selected an LG with french doors. At some point the store manager Chanell came by greeted us and asked us how we doing. She was genuinely interested in knowing how our visit was going. Again, this is something that never happens at other appliance stores. I felt like our business really matters to WDC. She asked if there was anything else we needed, I told her I may be looking for a small fridge for my outdoor kitchen. She showed me the outdoor section of the store and before I knew it, I selected my fridge. We scheduled the delivery to our home and purchased the extended warranty that Kyle recommended. My shopping experience was complete and the service I received was above my expectations. WDC, you deserve 10 stars!
