MDF is known for top tier instruments; as I began my shopping with them I soon realized their customer service ranks sky-high as well! Mr. Julio Hidalgo provided excellent communication and service to me a first time customer. He was professional, knowledgeable, and returned all my emails and answered my questions very quickly. I came for the quality instruments and the free replacement parts for life program; I will be staying with MDF for their stellar service and will recommend them to all my RN and MD friends and associates! i was blown away by the designs and ordered myself a rose gold mdf one. do not recommend the same mistake. with a little bit more money i couldve bought a different one. i can only hear with both ears when i hold it in one specific position! if i hold it like i like it i only hear with my left ear! extremely annoying. also the whole ear-part just doesnt fit, the tube has a weird, low quality shape. i tried other stethoscopes since then and they fit me perfectly and the sound quality is incomparable. the experience is like the "you dont know what struggle is until you have earphones working only in one position" meme. and i should trust this device to save lives!

I love these stephescope. I recently bought this as I hated my old one was heavy and annoying to wear. This one is so lightweight, cute more importantly the sound was perfect. I could hear perfectly. They are so comfortable on the ears too unlike other stephescope, these have the silicone ear piece, I love it. They are not expensive but the best. These make me happy to be in clinic ?I don’t like other brands that are very expensive and can’t hear using them.

I have been a littman person for twenty years, I currently own a Master cardiology. I have worked the last two shifts with my new acoustica and I'm floored by the sound and build quality for such an affordable price. I think I just became a MDF person. I bought this as a back up scope that's light weight and didn't expect much from it, but I've been amazed.

I do not currently recommend the MDF stethoscopes.. though the quality is there with the sound, it’s just not reliable. My ear piece has come off 3x without my knowledge. It’s embarrassing to be prepared for work and then suddenly I don’t have a functioning stethoscope. I’ve contacted customer service and their response was that nothing was wrong and normal wear and tear is bound to happen. I explained my disagreement as I have another MDF that has never had one ear piece just randomly fall off. They wanted me to send pictures, so I did, and have yet to be replied to. Perhaps this route is the solution to my stethoscope woes, but I’m guessing this will get ignored as well.

This is worst customer service ever! I ordered an stethoscope back in November, not only did I get the wrong item, but it wasn't engraved. Contact customer service and for them to send the right item I have to send them images for them to recognize they did the error what??? Are you kidding me?? Fine! I sent the images, and until now a month after of calling and messaging I get the new item... but what?? Not engraved? How d*** can someone be that not one, but twice, they can't follow instructions? Read the order, grab the right stethoscope, and make sure is the right color, and make sure that it goes to the people that supposed to engrave it before you ship it out! ... so are they just d*** or tremendously lazy?

I do not patronize a street address business of MDF. I purchased from their online site. I did not wish to keep the item I purchased and initiate (or should I say, attempted to initiate) a return process. Three emails and one phone call FINALLY got me an authorization to return the item. Although my order was shipped from CA, the return had to be sent to Puerto Rico. I now wait to see how long, how much of a battle it will be to get the credit I am due. I am not the least bit impressed with the online Customer Service!

This company is excellent to work with. I've been using them for over 10 years. They replace parts on my newer stethoscope, and they even replace parts on my original stethoscope I bought ten years ago. Today I chatted with Yamary, who was very prompt in all of the responses and met my needs perfectly. Highly recommend this company.
