“Love coming here to pass the time and find gems. Prices are reasonable and the sales every week are amazing. Every time I donate I shop. It's a small space, but gives a genuine thrifting experience. Only reason why it's not five stars in my book is there's this one older woman at the cash register with a bad attitude/tone every time. Why be in the front if you don't want to be nice to people? Oh well. God bless :)”
“A Godsend for acquiring items for my first baby on a budget! Always such lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate they hand pick their items and don’t put out broken or junky items like Goodwill.
Love supporting them!”
“Absolutely the best second hand store in town with a boutique feel. It’s 100% volunteer run so that the money from the store can help bring an end to sex trafficking ? It’s an absolute treasure in Simi Valley.”
“I haven't been there for so long and it is much nicer than I remembered. Very well organized, they have so many books! And much much more. People that work there are also very nice.”
“New location. The Assistance League Conejo Valley is now open in its new location and looking awesome with some really good merchandise. With almost 200 volunteers and always looking for more. Operation School Bell is one of their programs with many more helping our community. 2860E Thousand Oaks Blvd”
“One of the great places to shop at are thrift stores. You always get great deals for low prices. Many thrift stores donate to charity for the poor and homeless. Some people dislike this place for two reasons. It's small & the prices. This place has been around for a long time. Moorpark isn't like Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, or Los Angeles. Moorpark is a small city. They're been slow to expand as far as I know. If you're a business owner, you take what you can get. It's a small store & the store employees put out as much as they can. Some people feel like it's claustrophobic, especially when it's busy. Now, when it comes to prices, I think they're fair. Places like these are mom's & pops shops. They try to make money from what they can, and they use it to pay the bills & donate to charity. But some people who shop try to lowball their way to an almost free sale. In other words, trying to make the seller, sell it lower than it's worth, so the buyer will pay less even though the price is cheaper than buying it at full retail price. I dislike those types of people and would never do business with them after I got burned a few times selling stuff myself. Never again! If you dislike the store, leave. But posting negative comments saying the prices are too high, go to eBay & Amazon where sellers tend to rip you off & inflame prices beyond reseasonable, even for used items, outdated or old. The employees are all friendly & kind. Not all the employees are the ones who price the items. I find the prices great. Like many thrift stores, they don't do price matching. Stop asking! I see it all the time. Many employees are retired & do this for free. They love helping their community. Probably the worst thing I see people do is steal. I hate stealing and hate people who steal from thrift stores. Especially, people who steal from Christian stores. These stores are trying to pay rent, & donate to charity, homeless, and so on. I love coming here when I can.”
“Dropped off about 12 bags of my deceased Father's clothes Tuesday morning. The lady working the drop off section was nice and gave me a receipt. Didn't go inside but it served its purpose, so all ok with me.”
“I shop here all the time for used movies & shows. They have a great selection when they get stuff donated to them. I only come by once or twice a week. I also donate to them when I can. I hope the clothes, shoes, movies, kitchen items & other stuff will be helpful to others. The staff is super friendly. They see me, they greet & smile, and sometimes we'll have a chat. I've never had problems with them. The people who work there, will ask if you need anything, help you if you need it, do their work or remain quiet behind the counter. As far as pricing is concerned, they're fair. They don't have a large selection like other thrift shops, but they sell what they can. Occasionally they sell new, but the majority is used. The previous two postings gave the place a one star. Saying the staff wasn't friendly, or the prices were unfair to them. First, the person who said the staff mocked them, who were they? Do you have a name or description of the people who made those bad comments towards you? And to the second person who said the price of those lights which normally go for $59 & you saw it at Alpine for $50. Different people price the items. However, I think the price is fair. Based on the size of the box & what you're getting. The staff does look inside & makes sure the items is in working condition before selling it. Grant you, the items are used, there could be scratches & markings, but this is a small business. They try to give the buyer like me a reasonable price. I would ask the person who gave the store a one star to bump it up to at least three stars or delete your comment. To give the place a one star because you felt the price of the lights were unfair, is unfair to them. If you can find it cheaper somewhere else, why immediately rip this store with a one star? Just shop at the place you can find it cheaper. Anyway, I wished I had known about this place years ago. I would've gotten more stuff from them. I hope they'll be around for a long time. I really appreciate the staff & will continue to shop at this place.”
“This goodwill has a lot of different items that you can't buy anywhere else. They have some cute vintage items. There are goodwill stores that are bigger and have a better selection of items.
IMO overall it's a decent Goodwill.”

“Great place to donate! The drop-off process is super easy. Just drive around to the back of the store where you’ll see the Goodwill sign. The staff is friendly and efficient, making donations quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!”

“I enjoy your thrift store, but you need to teach your employees to put the price tag inside on its own tag and if there isn’t one, you need to be more creative because I continue to have holes in my shirts trying to get these off even as careful as I’m being. And sadly, the holes are in the front of the shirt can’t even hide the. I look forward to these fun fines until I come home and it’s just money I’ve thrown away with the clothing. ?”
“Always find what I'm looking for. Sometimes, while waiting for deliveries, I walk through and find some really good items.Collectibles, memorabilia CDs, and D.V.D's. Each goodwill that i've been to has a different selection and style of clothing for everyone. Today, I saw a stunning, beautiful, tall lady with many piercings and a gothish style. When I cast for goth, I will remember her style.”

“Love this store! It’s smaller than other Goodwills but makes treasure hunting fast and easy. Thank you Marjorie and Brandon for always being attentive and keeping those shelves full ??”
“My experience at this special place was somewhere I had gone and discovered accidentally, which happened to be very therapeutic and away after losing my baby ginger best friend, the best years of my life so far most memorable. Stephanie was very comforting this difficult time I am trying. Aside from that. This place is so cute. There’s everything clothing, shoes, handbags, camping equipment, dishes, and everything else under the sun that you’re a heart desires reasonably price, and I guarantee you’ll leave this place with a smile, and a good feeling you got a bargain and made a new friend. Please, come visit this place. This place is so anyone’s alley with whatever you’re in just want to shop, you’ll pretty much find something that you’re gonna want.”
“I stopped by as I had about 20 min before I was meeting a friend. It's a pretty small store, but I thought the selection of items was nice, and I thought the prices were fair on the items I looked at. I didn't find anything I wanted to buy, but I think I'll stop here again next time I'm in Thousand Oaks to see how their selection rotates. Place was clean and parking was easy.”
“Wonderful little shop. This Goodwill Boutique has a little bit of everything. Lovely vintage finds, new stuff, clothing, books, vinyl records, and furniture pieces. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and there is an obvious level of care provided by the staff that deserves recognition. Such a great shop. Great place for some quality thrifting. Enjoy! :)”
