Horrible Mail delivery! We had to move our mailbox to put in stairs to accommodate a handicap, and since then (2 years) they will not deliver to our new mailbox. Their mail delivery guy is so stubborn and lazy that he will not agree to walk two steps to deliver to our new mailbox, even though our neighbors have the mailbox positioned and exactly the same spot. He also refuses to deliver our packages to our door, even though they wouldn’t fit in the mailbox anyway. My husband and my son get medications delivered and we constantly have to run to the post office to pick them up. They should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior. Management said they can’t do anything because It is the mail person‘s choice and he’s part of a union.

Agoura post office has been a disgracefully run for many years now and in spite of my many complaints both in person and online. This civil service system is rigged so complaints are suppressed at the local level and never go beyond for higher management review or resolution. I feel like I'm living in pony express days due to mail delivery 2x a week maybe instead of daily; mail delivery errors are constant with my mail going to neighbors and vise versa at least 2x weekly; mail holds are ignored both online and in person so can't trust them to not deliver; the useful merchant weekly flyers are rarely delivered; so on and so on; Never ending incompetence.

This might be one of the WORST Post Office’s in the entire country!!! First of all, everyone who works there is SLOW!!! The line is always out the door because it takes them a MINIMUM of 10 minutes to wait on each person regardless of what they’re doing. No joke, I just waited behind a woman who was buying STAMPS and it the transaction took a full 7 minutes for no good reason!! Secondly, they only have ONE of the auto postage machine’s and it’s almost always OUT OF SERVICE, forcing EVERYONE to wait in the ridiculously long line just to mail out one small package!!Finally, their carriers are clearly all as “slow” as the employees that work inside! A few weeks back, I was getting a package delivered to my home and instead of bringing it to my door, the carrier left my package ON TOP OF the COMMUNAL MAILBOX that’s for the entire development and sits right on Agoura Rd practically. It was stolen within minutes, of course, and when I confronted them as to WHY they left it sitting there instead of bringing to my door OR USING THE LARGE BOX for the development that’s attached to the communal box and they claimed they didn’t know they needed to do that and didn’t have the key for it!! So instead they chose to leave a box sitting on top of a mailbox visible to EVERYONE driving by! Like I said, they’re all SLOW!!!! The US Gov should be embarrassed these people are on their payroll!! They’re incompetent!Oh and I almost forgot, they NEVER answer the phone there!!! No matter what time you call, you get a voicemail saying the hours but nothing else. Ridiculous!

BEST POST OFFICE HANDS DOWN, you have questions ask for John Probably the best person who work at the office, literally helped me walked me through everything and even called me back to touch base, i believe he’s a supervisor but also does help at the front, this man is a blessing, a legend !

The nicest and the most helpful USPS I have ever been to. So confused about the bad reviews... the clerk taped my packages and was really sweet. Def my favorite post office!

Thomas and his team at Agoura Hills post office have been amazing!We have just moved over to Singapore and had to send a lot of big boxes over with our stuff. Thomas have been amazing helping us out with all the trouble we had and always had a positive attitude towards us and everyone else around him. It’s been a pleasure visiting Agoura Hills post office because of the amazing staff!

The PO gets a bad rap. I've had great experiences at the on on Devonshire in Chatsworth. I especially love working with Luis and Monica. They really know their stuff and they get me in and out quickly.

Terrible. Mailman is mean mean lazy rude if someone parks on public street NOT immediately blocking my mailbox but just enough to make him take one or two steps out of car ONLY, he withholds my mail. He wants a drive through mailbox. I have complained to postmaster, he could care less. ZERO ZERO ZERO stars.

Overall, decent service for a USPS. The lines are never too long. Just don't request information about a mailbox. The guy I asked seemed super lazy about it because he was trying to dissuade me from getting a mailbox -- he told me that the mailboxes are "for those people that really need it." I don't know what that means but it sounded judgy and I ended up going to UPS for superior service on the mailbox.
