Doug parliament was very helpful. I purchased a full backyard bar b q. Built in flat grill, sink, refrigerator, warming drawers and access doors. It took some time to receive the items, but the people were courteous and responsive. All high quality stuff. Would would use them again.

This place has a lot to offer in appliances, but one thing the customer service is bad everyone here seems to busy on phone calls.cant get help don't waste your time!

Well stocked with incredible sales people. They were efficient, provided us with written information as well as talking us through the details, didn’t pressure us in any way, and were very respectful of our budget. I will be coming back here whenever I have the chance.Update: delivery went off without a hitch. Yes they were a little outside their delivery window (by 45 minutes) but were very respectful of our house, making sure not to damage our holiday decorations on the door coming in, and took the time to make sure we had all the information for flushing the water/ice dispenser before use.

I guess I'm not the only one with several poor experiences at WDC. I have bought several appliances throughout the years and the experience is always the same. The sales people tend to be good, but as soon as you need follow up help, it's just awful. We recently purchased some very expensive appliances (Wolf and Subzero). The Wolf range was delivered with marks all over the appliance. I told them I would not accept delivery, but they assured me they would handle it. The months are going by and nothing is being done. I'm extremely disappointed but WDC couldn't care less because they already have their money.

Read these reviews and wish I had read them earlier. DWC promises you the best customer service when you buy but they don’t follow through when you have a problem. Also DO NOT BUY LG!!! Got a lemon off a dishwasher and LG tech said they don’t replace, they may refund my money if they find the problem. Pictures of dirty dishes are not enough of a problem for them, apparently. Got a tech out here three times and he couldn’t find anything wrong (except the fact that the dishwasher sucks!) I tried everything LG told me to try and dishes are still dirty. DWC is not good about helping the customer either! LG also said a tech had to come out 4 times before they take any kind of definitive action to refund. Holidays are upon us and my 15 years old dishwasher cleaned better than my new $1,000 LG dishwasher. DO NOT BUY LG! Below are pictures of items right after the wash cycle and the napkin I used to clean out the dirty parts of the pot that just came out. Unacceptable for a brand new machine!

Building a new kitchen and purchased all appliances from WDC, spending almost $50,000. Range was $12,000, it arrived and oven has not worked from the day we received it. Called Thermador and they told me to contact the store I purchased it from since it is brand new. Called WDC and they said it’s not their problem. Thermador finally came out after 6 days of waiting. The fans are broken on a “new” range that I purchased. The fans are back ordered and will not be available until 2024. It’s 2 days before Thanksgiving and I have 50 people coming over and am not able to cook anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have purchased appliances at this business for 12 years and have never had a problem before. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I feel they were quick to take my money and not willing to fix the problem of a range they delivered to me that was already damaged. They also delivered a dishwasher I did not order saying they “upgraded” the dishwasher I ordered. Meanwhile, the dishwasher does not have a panel and no front panel can be ordered, a whole other situation I have to deal. Horrible customer service

Please, please stay away from LG products. I'm warning you. So as not to go through this hell. This company is not the same anymore.Please do not buy LG products. Then don't tell me I didn't warn you.I bought a unit June 2023 and saw the problem July 2023.When faced with a warranty situation, you will feel like you are being treated horribly and that they are abusing their power because they understand that no one will protect the customers. After a conversation between the support service and the repairman. You will understand that it is your mistake that you bought and there is nothing they can do. What LG claims about a 10 year warranty is a lie.They should write that before purchasing, read the contract and company policies. After this you will never buy their products again. Because you will understand that if there are so many buts... then what are they selling then and what kind of guarantee is this.I have always purchased LG products and never had to deal with their customer support. But this time I was unlucky and after using the dishwasher twice, I noticed that rust had appeared on the stainless steel inside the unit. Also, the plates are constantly wet and do not dry, and it smells of dampness and rotten fish. I placed the plates absolutely clean, I just want to further test the machine after purchase. Also, the dispenser where you fill in the Jet Dry rinse aid is leaking.The company advised me to change the settings. I did as I was told, but nothing changed. Then they began to say that in order to drain the water, there must be very hot water in the pipe. Did not help. And since there was dampness there, the LG stainless steel began to rust even more. I hope it doesn't rust to the through hole and leak.A repairman from LG came and wrote in his report that he saw rust and corrosion. It is necessary to replace the unit, since it is impossible to eliminate this defect in production. I've asked enough about this report. He said the new unit had rust and corrosion. This is a warranty for replacement as it is a defect.When it came to replacement. LG sent a repairman again, but not one, but two. The way they set the appointment is a complete abuse. They ask you to make an appointment. When it's convenient for you and when it's not. They will schedule an appointment for a time when you can't and change the time regardless of your opinion. The last time I even stopped telling them when I could or not. And finally they arrived.And the last repairman was late and was also aggressive and even sexist. Mom asked a question, but he didn’t even answer her. With all his actions he showed that who are you to bother him. If I had not been present, I would not have believed it. And when he left, he told my mother that you buy vinegar and you wash a new unit every time you wash the dishes. And he told my mother to her face that she was lying. After that, I told these workers to get out of my house. Horror . My mother went to a psychologist after that. Can you imagine what could have happened if my mother was alone.After that, think about whether you want to go through with it or not.And I haven't finished the story yet. Of course, the unit hasn’t been changed, it’s all rusting. The repairman who came wrote a fake false report. Even the company doesn’t care that there is already a report from the first repairman.The company specifically sent a second repairman to write a false report. So as not to change the unit.I bought the dishwasher because it had a beautiful design and plus the LG company, which I thought had a good reputation and quality. But apparently everything has changed for the worse.

Please don't buy anything from this center not only because of 25% restock fee (that they never told you when purchase agreement was signed) but also the way how their salesman/manager treated you. Recently we were renovating our kitchen and purchased a 30 inch silver stainless gas wall oven and silver stainless cooktop and was told by salesman Paud D that there might be small restock within 48 hours upon receive it if anything wrong. So we postponed the deliver day until our contractor told us ready to go. Unfortunately, when we received the oven, it was black stainless instead. We went back to the store and discussed with sales person Paul and center manager shortly after delivery (within 4 hours!). We were told there was no silver stainless one in stock and need to order but would take 2-3 weeks. We could not wait that long due to contractor's schedule. We had to returned it and decided shopping around in other place. We were told 25% restock fee initially even it was not our mistake. Finally after long discussion with store manager Anthony, he agreed to drop the restock fee from 25% to 15%. However, we checked our credit card and found out they still charged us 25% restock fee! In general, it's an unpleasant experience. We are still trying to contact Paul D and site manager to discuss the issue. So far, both of them don't want to return our phone calls.

Purchased a bertazzoni stove 12/20 ($7200.00) at this store. The salesman is a professional at telling lies. He told me i could install the stove myself stove delivered but was told they had to install the stove and they sent out another company to do that. The oven would not keep the right temp. June 2022 I went to south bay store to purchase a dishwasher guess who sold it to me. The same lying salesperson. During the sale I mention I has purchased the stove and problem I had with it of course he said he look in to repair when he got a chance. Last month I went to the south bay store again about a different purchase. During that visit I inquire about the stove and a customer service request was entered. Got an email by saying the stove was out warranty and nothing they can do. Called them inquired about service was told not to talk loud the person on the phone. Request the appliance manager got voice mail of course. Stuck with a $7200 stove and not help from the store that sold it me.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I spent over 40 K on appliances and now can get NO help regarding the extended warranties. Absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased a LG dryer and washing machine . Chris Cavanaugh was very helpful and had a price match . The delivery was by Jesus and Santiago. They both did an excellent job to install the new appliances. Thank you to all !

This is the second purchase from WDC. First time was a pair of Miele ovens, and now a pair of Gaggenau cooktops. Both times the company was very professional and communications were excellent. Delivery and installation were fast and well done. I will continue to use them for my appliance needs. A special shout out to Malik Mohyuddin who handled the sale. Took care of everything really fast and smoothly. Also the two men who installed the cooktops. Very courteous, respectful of our home, and friendly. The two ovens purchase was equally good, but I have forgotten the names of the associates, it was a couple of years ago. Well done WDC! Thankyou.

Sold us a broken appliance! We bought a Samsung washing machine from them. After they delivered and installed it, we started a wash. Five hours later, it was still going, as the spin cycle was not working, and the machine was just continuously flushing water. We called them the same day and reported the machine was broken. They told us we needed to call Samsung and go through the warranty process. It is ridiculous that the did not offer to replace the machine, since they sold us a broken one which is technically fraud.

I have recently purchased all the plumbing components including a new toilet and bathtuB for a complete bathroom re-model. Dawn Dimanno expertly handled the sale. She has been absolutely terrific! I am very detail oriented and she did a great job recommending products and Showing me why she was doing so. Without a doubt she is the best sales person I have ever dealt with for this type of product. She made sure to give me every pricing deal she could including telling me the best time to order. She and WDC will continue to be my first and only choice going forward. Thank you Dawn and WDC. David Brand

We bought a Microwave and a Countertop Stove last year and the process was both frustrating and extremely difficult. The company was more than happy to take our money and then when it came to deliver we were delayed month after month. We tried contacting our sales person and of course she quit. Then when it came for installing (they hire outside installers) that became another circus with us getting different information from the store than from the person who would install. And of course the guy who took our original measurements was different from the guy who would later install. So in the end we used our own person to do all the cut outs, etc. Overall a terrible experience and I am sure I'm not the only one who has gine through this with this company. Thank goodness you only shop for these types of items every 10-15 years.
