One of the better WF locations around. Small clean and fast. I'm not a big fan of Wells Fargo at the moment but for customer service and friendliness this is definitely one of the top locations. Mulhollad (i'm probably butchering his name ) he Is my personal favorite there. No matter that I always roll in there 1 min before they close filled w anxiety, he's always consistently kind and tolerant. I appreciate how helpful he is. Has given me recommendations on how to save money between my accounts and ways to avoid fees. A+ for him. Still not a big fan of Wells Fargo and would likely switch backs if not for this location that happens to be 3 mins from my house.

In my experience having a Business and Personal Checking Accounts at this bank, I would say that this bank is by far the most dysfunctional, borderline dizzy, and stupid organization I have ever had to deal with. After well over 10 plus years of having a Business Checking Account, I tried to deposit one of my Customer's checks, one of many many many checks, and I was told, "oh your Company dba name does not show in our computer system"! I could not stop laughing, and just said well, I have been depositing checks under this dba name, and I also have your Stamp which has my dba name, and so I really don't care what your computer is showing. So not to waste any more of my time writing this review, the Cashier magically found the relevant records needed to deposit one of many many many customer checks into my dba account. This is another what I call a "nightmare and a waste of time" event with this Bank. I have resigned myself from being concerned anymore. In my opinion, the best proven solution is to go to another bank which has found solutions to my Business Banking needs in under an hour, which took Wells Fargo 2 days and finally not resolved.One has to get used to the stupidity and devolving Wells Fargo bank.

Slower than snot. The Agoura branch is by far the most pathetic and mismanaged branch I have even seen. The manager greets people at the front door instead of helping the 1 or 2 tellers. This often leads to 15 to 20-minute wait times for the simplest of transactions. Adding insult to injury, two or three other bankers sit at their desks, smiling at fuming customers standing in a line that frequently extends out the door. Ask them if they can help with a straight deposit and they'll point you to the ATM. They refuse to get up and help the teller(s). Last time I was there, Wells Fargo customers were openly commiserating with each other and complaining to management about this practice. Six months ago, I raised the same issue but to no avail. Wells Fargo is not the bank it once was and this branch, in particular, is routinely the worst I have ever visited.

Tuesday afternoon around 12:30 pm on my lunch break I stopped by the bank to conduct a transaction. The line was 6 deep with one teller. After a 20 minute wait, I asked to withdraw a little spending cash from my account. The teller was able to accommodate my request. I then asked if he could help me change the pin on my ATM card. I was told that I would need to speak to a banker in order to have that done. I said ok, where is the banker. He said well unfortunately there are none working now. ???? So I am in a bank during banking hours and there are no bankers working!!??? I then said well if I have my money in a bank that does not offer the ability to speak to a banker, why on earth would I leave my money here a minute longer.I told him I would like to close my account and get a cashiers check for the balance immediately.I guess he decided it was better to find me a banker. so into the back he went and pulled the banker out of "break room." What an actual f****** joke this place is. Nobody wants to work!!

I've been a customer at wells fargo for a very long time. The manager of this branch, I believe his name is Tanner, is just not good at his job. He didn't believe me that I WAS ME, and proceeded to ask me why I'm in agoura and threatened to not give me MY money if I didn't respond. Very poor management and poor decisions this guy makes on how he treats clients. I would go to another bank.

I love my Wells Fargo!! Tigan the branch manager help me get my first credit card 7 years ago. They have always treated me like family and take great care of me. I truly appreciate everyone there.

Not impressed with this branch whatsoever. Go somewhere else. The manager has a hard time keeping his mask on, touches his mask every ten seconds. He was helpful in setting up some banking stuff for me, but he seems so smarmy and off-putting. (Sorry.) Another banker told me, when I was asking about my son's account, that banking wasn't a right but a privilege. How odd. I was so taken aback. So odd.
