My daughter is 10 years old and has been riding at Weber Training Stables for over a year now. She loves it and her riding skills have advanced so much. She has 100% trust in Joy, Tina, Dakota and the other trainers she has lessons with. She has become so much more confident and dedicated to becoming the best rider she can. And I as her mother, trust Weber Training Stables 100% and so grateful we found this facility to be apart of. They maintain the facilities and take good care of the horse and grounds. They take pride in the facility. We love spending time here.

I can’t believe this woman owns animals. She has zero skill with training her animals. She has had very aggressive dogs over the years she has even been on the Caesar Milan show for her aggressive American pitbull. This woman in absolutely insane. Please do not ride horses here or take your children around here it’s a bad accident waiting to happen. The dogs are aggressive to children adults horses and people while they are trying to ride their horses.

I'm very happy with my son's riding lessons at Weber Training Stables, and highly recommend this barn to anyone looking for coaching for themselves or their kids. So far, he's taken lessons from Joy, Tina, and Dakota, and each trainer has been wonderful. They have been teaching him horsemanship, quiet hands, an independent seat, and leg aids. He has shown marked improvement. The lesson horses are calm, but light to the aids. This barn is a blessing, doubly appreciated since kids' activities have been so limited during Covid-19. It has been such a joy and relief for my son to have that athletic outlet.

Best Barn in LA! Fantastic instructors, lesson horses and people. All training, sale and agisted horses are well cared for and the results in all disciplines speak for themselves. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Joy is AMAZING at what she does! She has been training my 9 year old for some time along with giving myself and my son pointers when riding. She takes her time and explains everything that she is asking of you with patience and precision. I would most definitely recommend her services and barn to anyone!

Lady is a nut case, she has to be around animals yet she has no ability to properly care for them. All her dogs are obese and her animals are constantly getting injured. Your horse is not safe here.

Completely treacherous businesswoman. See superior court case PC057606. I sued her for fraud, conspiracy and theft. Attempted to abscond with a consignment horse by ignoring requests to cancel and inventing a board bill. Police were required to retrieve my horse. 3 years later, I got the board $ back. Zero accountability from her. All docs related to case available upon request.

Joy Weber is a great instructor, and a great person. Would recommend her to care for any animal.

My husband and I have been taking lessons from Joy for a year and a half and have benefited greatly. She is an expert instructor who emphasizes safety and handling skills. We normally post reviews on Yelp because they vet them more carefully than Google, but are compelled to write because we are aware that Joy is being harassed. Please note that all of the 1-star reviews were posted within a month of each other. Joy did not share this with us but we found out when an animal officer showed up while we were having lessons. He quickly determined that all of the horses, Joy's and those she boards, are in tiptop health and appropriately cared for, and said he would not be back. Here I am on one of her lesson horses, a beautiful Andalusian stallion. Do either of us look unhappy?

Joy Weber is no trainer, she can not control her dogs or horses! Dangerous place for you and your horse!

If there was a Horse Whisperer, Joy Weber would be that woman! We had a horse that was handled in all the wrong ways. The Mare wouldn't stop, had a fear of being handled, you name it and this mare was it! After an explosive ride, my wife and I decided to seek professional help! After looking around and interviewing a few different professional trainers, we decided on Joy Weber of Web Training Stables. We were very weary on the drive there (My wife in tears as we did not want another bad trainer to touch our horse) but upon entering were ere greeted with open arms! Joy not only calmed our mare down and had a good look at her, but she calmed my wife down as well.Over the Next few months we saw noticeable progress every 2 weeks (not the little progress, but leaps and bounds). Joy told us ' After my training you will not need to train your horse again, that is my goal!' On a trip back to our house, after visiting our horse and talking to Joy, we could not but wonder where this lady came from! She was a God Send to us! During the training, Joy extended her training and professionalism, not to mention friendship, to our family. She helped my wife with her fear of her horse and even let her ride one of her personal horses to help ease tensions (heart was an amazing horse!).After training was complete, our horse was 900% better! So good that everyone that saw could not believe it was the same horse! To this day our horse has been amazing and we owe it all to Joy! When it comes to training, Joy is always our 1st choice! She was Honest, upfront, and showed us everything. She explained in a manner which we could understand and was always willing hear out what we had to say without bias. Every person we met there had nothing but amazing things to say about her and we are no exception! We recommend her to EVERYONE we meet. I mean how many trainers out there, 5 years later still call/text you and ask how your family is doing and 4 legged members as well and starts conversations like you just saw each other yesterday?!?!?!So if have Problem Horse, Foal in need of training, or anything else. Look no further! Joy is the real deal! Don't think twice, just go for it!

During 2015, I have both placed a horse in consignment to sell (and sold him), as well as bought a horse from consignment, with Weber Training Stables (WTS). Both transactions were handled with the utmost professionalism and I cannot express how utterly happy I am with both the consignment process at WTS and the outcome in both instances. When I brought my horse to WTS to be sold, of course I entered into the standard consignment contract which provides for conditioning/training of the horse and working with potential purchasers. All of these activities were completed by Joy Weber and her staff in an exemplary manner. Of course, I didn’t abandon my horse and expect full time care by WTS, as the contractual arrangement does not include that. I paid his board in a timely manner and visited my horse regularly. I kept in regular contact with Joy and her staff regarding my horse’s progress, conditioning, and showings to potential purchasers. In addition, I kept responsibility for my horse’s health and welfare, including veterinary and farrier care. While it may take some time to find the right purchaser, I definitely believe that Joy and her staff have every consignment horse’s wellbeing as their top priority. Overall, I brought my horse to be sold by professionals and that is exactly what I got and more, they handled the entire transaction from my bringing him to them to his being sold with the utmost professionalism and consideration. While it is difficult to trust anyone with your horse, there was never a time when I was concerned for my horse’s welfare while he was at WTS.Within this same period of time, I also purchased the most wonderful horse that was on consignment with WTS care for many months. He was extremely well cared for, as is every horse on consignment, in training, or boarded at WTS.I highly recommend WTS to anyone who desires professional assistance regarding horses, whether it be for training, sales, purchasing, consultation, boarding, horsemanship, etc.
