These guys not only diagnosed and repaired my issue, they also charged less than the quote since the job was simpler/faster than they expected. They could have upsold me on additional services but actually called to let me know it wasn't as bad as they originally thought.

Came in because I dropped my laptop a few months ago and couldn't get the screen to stay on for more than a few minutes. Met Kimberly Miller at ABM and the screen just stayed on for like an hour! She had the magic touch and called her my "guardian Angel" she was so nice, calm and patient. She was able to extract all my data/photos onto a flash drive. Thank you, Kimberly for being so kind, patient, and such a good heart. Highly recommend ABM. *so sorry, here name is Kiyomi Miller. Thank you!!!!

Told them my problem with a broken built-in cord that I thought would require taking apart a monitor. They told me a solution that was just using another port and sent me a link to a call I could buy. Appreciate their helpfulness at no charge.

I have purchased a couple of computers from ABM because I am so pleased with their customer service. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and that is hard to find today. I had the opportunity to again use their service due to a problem with my built in speakers. They quickly identified the problem, fixed it while I waited and never made me feel as if I was interupting them or imposing on their time. They obviously value their customers and are willing to help even with minor problems. They are fast, efficient and customer friendly...even with those of us who are sometimes challenged by technology! I highly recommend them as an outstanding Alameda business!

I brought my laptop in cause it was having issues but it turned out the issue was operator error. So embarrassed but they didn't make me feel stupid. Will be returning when my laptop has real issues. They are honest and very nice. Even helped me out to my car. This place is awesome.

ABM Computers has taken excellent care of my office's tech needs for a very long time. Whether I call for support or need in office help, they are quick, efficient and always set us up for success. I couldn't run my business without ABM.I consider Jesse and his team as my company's IT department. They have a vast knowledge base and they have never encountered an issue they couldn't resolve. Working with them is second to none and I highly recommend them.

I recently visited ABM Alameda to reset my Mac Pro, and although everything seemed fine at first, I encountered some issues with Excel and YouTube TV when I got home. I decided to go back on Friday to inquire about the problem, and I was fortunate enough to be helped by Kevin.I must say that Kevin is an absolute expert when it comes to fixing Macs. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but he even took the time to clean both the inside and outside of my Mac, leaving it looking brand new!The customer service at ABM Alameda is truly outstanding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
