Account and patient care terrible. Extremely difficult to get a representative at any phone number. The complaint phone hangs up. This organization is somewhat dangerous for members needing to speak to a person.

My Autistic daughter was assigned to Alameda Alliance by Medi-Cal. I called and they want to talk to my non-verbal daughter so she can confirm I'm the guardian. I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. I called again hoping the first call was mistaken. The second call INSISTED she talk to my daughter. My daughter made her little noises and threw my mobile. Are these people stupid or what? Still no progress of getting some sense out of Alameda Alliance's warped system.Response to Alameda Alliance: (Please refer to their response below).I couldn't figure out google chat so instead called Alameda Alliance to speak with a person since their response was "they would help me". After waiting and waiting to talk to the right person, Alameda Alliance told me my daughter is NO LONGER a member. This confirms my assessment that dealing with Alameda Alliance is futile. I hope this review goes viral so many would know that Alameda Alliance is a big joke! And it's not even funny.

Poorly operated, horrible most unprofessional Dr's are contracted with them. There is no one to overlook the way they not care about the patients. I was assigned to a nasty place calls progressive urgent care in Castro Valley. You don't get through their phone system. Alameda alliance group care is just a joke. I am with a broken ankle after 9 days I am still waiting to get an approval from a primary care physician to get to an specialist. There is no coordination between hospitals and primary care Dr 's. They are awful and backwards.

If you are NOT dying, they will make sure you do. I have been trying to leave Alameda Alliance for YEARS NOW and they will not unenroll me. Having this coverage means EVERY SINGLE HEALTH ISSUE STAYS UNRESOLVED. And simple issues that can be resolved in weeks drag out and exacerbate for a decade.If you want to be healthy…If you want to LIVE…DO NOT ENROLL.

They are Slow in getting things ready, done and sent out and tried to turn the fault on my doctor, who sent it to them 3 weeks ago. I hope this doesn't continue to happen!!!!

The transportation Modivcare: the driver was fun and humorus. He was a safe driver and got me to my destinaton safely. He was a great listener and I felt comfortable talking to him. Ourconversatoin was great. All around good driver.

This insurance is a joke.. My dad does not speak english and I have authorized representative papwe work signed. I can see the paper work is processed on their wessite, they still wont talk to me and excuses is that they cant see the paper work. Always a super long wait time and customer service representive seems like they dont have enough training and they can never find the informetion I am looking for. NO one accept this insurance in Tri Valley area. Really Disappointed.

The employees they’re not happy to help !!! They answered the phone call and they are not willing to help I can’t because of privacy “ will send you the peppers work trough the mail 7 busses day “ one month I didn’t see anything . This not a joke this about life . If you don’t like your job look anther job replace with people like to help people and they like there job !!!
