I had purchased a alternator it's been seven years when I purchased it and the The alternator went bad and couldn't find my receipt or my phone number and I don't know what to do then I decided to call their headquarters and I spoke to their customer service Alex and he was So very helpful and he told me he was trying to have someone to help me from higher up to approve The warranty. And Alex from Customer Service told me Give them 24 hours to 48 hours. When we hang up the phone and I told him thank you. About two minutes I got a call from their headquarters and his name is Angel and I explained my situation and Angel said just bring it in and I'll take care of it. The next day I went to AutoZone and talk to Aaron he is also very helpful and he just needed to get my ID number and I got my parts. How great is this people in AutoZone? I just wanna extend all my thanks to the AutoZone staff. If you need parts, don't hesitate go to AutoZone. They're the best thank you again.

Aaron is my guy. He's very kind and knows his stuff especially since I'm elderly and can't reach my engine anymore!! I drive a truck ! So I give him alone 5 stars!!!

Don’t trust the “smart “search filter on their website (where you enter your car year/make/model, and then it tells you which things fit) it just lied to me and robbed me of two precious hours. That said, the store attendant was super nice and helpful. Ultimately, O’Reilly down the street saved the day.

I looked up online the item I needed. The website said this location would have it in stock. There was a tear sheet for the item to be picked up at the counter. I handed the employee the sheet, and after he entered the item number into their p.o.s. he said that they no longer carry that item at this location. He said I could find it at the Alameda store. I left disappointed and concerned about the possibility of hearing the same thing from an employee in Alameda. Fortunately, Alameda had the item.

Very bad customer service , guys were laughing at me, no respect to customer . Gave them other day another chance nothing changed same bad experience. Not recommended at all .

The dryers are horrible, you will have to divide a few clothes into several to be able to leave with your clothes dry, if you put a lot of clothes in the dryer. You will spend more than five dollars and too much time. Waiting for your clothes to dry, they limit the gas and the temperature of the dryers is horrible, the temperature and efficiency of the dryer.

Bought a Duralast AGM Platinum battery that should last 3 years. It died after 18 months but they refused to honor the warranty because we paid cash and are not part of the members program. They are happy to take your money but will not honor warranties! Take your business elsewhere and do not patronize AutoZone!

I came to Autozone on Park St with a dead car battery. Store manager Aaron and the rest of the staff helped me right away to locate and replace the battery on my car. Super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

I refuse to ever go back here.One of the workers an old Asian man with glasses was talking about how 16yr old girls working at the place across the street are so distracting to him because they are young good looking girls that he can’t help but look. I don’t know what’s wrong with creeps like this that think saying this stuff to customers is okay. He didn’t have a name tag so I couldn’t catch his name.
