Marion and Davonte were both very helpful. Marion explained the process and when we went back Davonte helped my husband and I set up our unit and pick the perfect location. He was very patient in walking us through the process. The only negative is the site itself, no working bathroom and exit door is broken. (Someone ran into it) 5 star service with a 3 star site.

I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Marion. From the moment I walked in, Marion was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you meet someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and taken care of, but Marion definitely did. I highly recommend this location and especially appreciate the outstanding service from Marion!
