The changed their hours on the weekends. Not opening til 0830am. That's late.

I really like this gym. They have TRX and Crossfit classes available. I wish they would add a spin class but we shall see. I think CG members can get verified as Crossfit trainers as well. The cardio room is ok but there are about 4 or 5 rows of cardio equip. The weight room is big with lots of equipment but only one deadlift platform.

I wanted to get my father into Tai Chi so I came here for a class and while getting my father to commit to a plan, I ended up really loving how the class and the people there made me feel. I now have included many techniques learned from class into my daily routines and it has improved my life very positively in the short time I have been going to CGI. I highly recommend CGI Body and Brain to anyone looking to grow into the best possible version of themself.
