After getting in touch with the owner who not only swiftly responded to my concerns but also solved them at the same time. Great owner who cares about his customers and at the end of the day made me feel like I was taken care of. 10/10 earned a customer!

Awesome helpful service. I just called in for some possible repair on a desktop tower, and because it was a very unusual custom build, there was nothing on their stock for the replacement part, but Clayton gave me really helpful tips on how to go about fixing it.

Great experience all around. Laptop was dropped and the upper portion was destroyed. They found the part and had it ready within a few days. They were quick, efficient, and communicated clearly with me throughout the process. Clayton is awesome to deal with directly and everyone was knowledgeable and down to earth.

I never leave reviews but, this was a truly disappointing experience. I am loooking for basic and ongoing IT support for an in home office network for my business. Pretty basic stuff... backup and password solutions and help with other issues that might arise periodically that are beyond my knowledge or capability. I called to inquire about such services and to see if I could get help with a current recurring issue where my printer frequently stops communicating with my network on a recurrent basis. I was hopeful because of the mostly great reviews. The person on the phone did not seem much interested in helping me and said I wasn't explaining myself well despite perfectly repeating back to me the issues I discussed. He also said they do not have remote assistance capabilities which I think is pretty necessary for anyone offering IT service. Maybe he was too busy to take a new client. I would have accepted that but the customer service I received over the phone was a big disappointment.

Very honest. Won't waste your money. I called for help with some random projects. I was so impressed that the gentleman who answered the phone told me he doesn't do printer support because I probably just need a new one. He told me how I could take care of the other two issues myself. He could have come out and done the job but he didn't want me to waste my money. Very impressive.

Been here once last summer and this week for two different computers. Had start-up/windows issues and they were able to assist and resolve for a reasonable fee. Only downside is cash only, but I didn't pay until after job was completed. Good experience for me.

What happened to these guys???????? Vince and his crew used to be fabulous! Now I can't even reach them. I've called and I've emailed for weeks with no response. When I finally got someone on the phone (not Vince) we arranged to meet to drop off my laptop. He didn't show up and didn't answer my texts. SO disappointing. They were my go-to guys and now I'm looking elsewhere. Too bad.

I brought my laptop in for water damage around jan/feb this year. I had to bring it in almost immediately after because a charging port was still not working. i was told just to use the other port- ok fine. then that port stopped working. I brought it in again. i was told it was fixed. weeks later a port stopped working again. i started using the other port and once again that port stopped working. $500 later and multiple trips/days gone without my laptop which has caused me a lot of problems as i need it for my online grad program and the problem is still not fixed. i am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this service.

They we're the only shop in the area that agreed to simply just test a graphics card for me to make sure that it worked. Inspired business can tell that they enjoy what they do. Good conversation great service 10/10
