I just want to say that our experience with the pharmacy - specifically the main pharmacist Reem - has been stellar and our service has been excellent. When she is not there, phone calls aren't answered for over 30 minutes on hold and we can't get answers on why new prescription aren't available. She is definitely overworked and understaffed and the other pharmacist is not helpful when there is an issue. I've deducted one star for CVS as it is the issue and NOT Reem. She deserves 10 stars! My BFF and I adore the pleasant and personal service we receive everytime we pick up our prescriptions.

I got a Covid shot here last year. I was able to schedule an appointment online from home before coming in. The experience was quick and friendly. 4 stars instead 5 because I can’t schedule one online this year.

I love this location! They are always able to get my medications in stock, the staff is soooo friendly and kind, and there’s rarely a wait. Above everything it’s the people. They really treat you with respect and you feel like you’re at a small community pharmacy even though you’re in target. My favorite cvs ever. I’ll never go anywhere else. ??

Third time within a year (3 out of 4 prescriptions) this pharmacy hasn't had the medication in stock, said they put in an order, and never comes in. They don't call to say they don't have it in stock, you have to call them, keep on calling and them saying that they will put in the order again, and eventually you give up and transfer it somewhere else. These aren't strange medications, regular antibiotics.

Really crappy service at pharmacy. Needed to defer pickup. Two days due to cost of meds. They removed prescription from shelf then tried to blame me for their screw up.

Honestly, the staff USED to be super friendly and patient oriented. However, for the last couple of months, it feels like customer service deteriorated. I’ll likely be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy as I’ve had issues with long wait times to talk to pharmacy staff on the phone, long lines at the pharmacy for pick up, pharm techs not being friendly or helpful, and the app not having updated info on prescription status.

I've only gone there for a short time but have been really impressed. They have actually called me twice when there were problems with filling my prescription. I'm not used to this, it's great! I mean it's the logical thing to do, but it's still unusual and I really appreciate it. They have limited hours, so you need to be able to plan ahead to use them. And that's not always possible. But I really like their customer service and will go to them whenever I can.

They are so nice and accommodating. I feel like everytime I do there to pick anything up, there is a nice clerk or pharmacist. They must rotate from other cvs targets. Overall, they are helpful and try to get what you are in need of.

I can't say enough good things about my interaction with pharmacist Stephen Wu. I came in seeking a vaccine that wasn't available at their location. He could have easily said "sorry, we don't have that vaccine, but go on our website." Instead, he was very supportive in finding me a location that had what I was looking. He called several branches and it turned out he found an appointment for me within the hour. And, throughout the process, he was kind, respectful, and personable. Thank you so much Stephen!

Kudos to pharmacist MARYAM. She is one of CVS Healthcare Hero. On 10/15/2020, we had an issue with my Dad's prescription. I live in Temecula, Ca and my Dad had a procedure in one of the hospitals in Temecula, Ca and was given a blood thinner prescription. My Dad's insurance/network is not covered in Temecula because he lives in Alameda and my parents are visiting us in Temecula when Covid 19 pandemic started. He is 86 years old with underlying health conditions, and recently had a heart procedure. His main pharmacy is in CVS inside Target store in Alameda, Ca. When I went to CVS Butterfield stage in Temecula Parkway to request if they can send the 1 prescription to CVS in Alameda, the staff that I talked to was not in a good mood. He (JEREMY) said he can't do it, but instead faxed the prescription to CVS Alameda. He didn't even checked if the fax went through. Out of my frustrations, I called CVS in Alameda and spoke to pharmacist Maryam. She is very accommodating , helpful and made an extra mile to assist me. She investigated and even called CVS Temecula in Butterfield stage to check on my Dad's prescription. She called me back a day after we talked and explained to me what happened and she made sure the prescription will be processed. CVS in Target Alameda is very lucky that they have MARYAM as one of the pharmacist.

Best pharmacy I've ever used. Best pharmacy staff, they go above and beyond to help out, while being friendly and professional.

The pharmacists are always polite and efficient. When there is an issue with refills, they will proactively reach out to the doctor. They are sure to ask if we have any questions with the medications. I'm usually in and out in less than 2-3 minutes, definitely recommend.

My last two trips to the CVS-Target Pharmacy went much better than today. I've been battling anemia due to a women's health issue. Last Fall my doctor prescribed a specific iron supplement (manufacturer: Rugby) to restore my levels, as iron can be difficult to absorb. Back then, the CVS-Target pharmacist noted that I didn't need a prescription for the supplements - and on my next visit I bought three bottles OTC (I take these 2-3 times/day). Now my supply is running low... so I made a special trip to CVS-Target (following two trips to the hospital for pre-op testing & imaging, all related to my need for the iron supplements). The woman at the pharmacy counter told me can't sell these to me OTC (even though the exact same pharmacy sold these OTC on my last visit, and she verified in the computer that I previously filled a prescription for this supplement). She pointed to Target's supplements aisle, which doesn't stock the supplements I need. What happened to being customer-centric, and concerned for people's health and well-being? You just lost my business...

Took me 20min, 35min and 75min the last time to get my medecine. They were helpful trying to get me medecine properly covered by my insurance, but such a long wait each time when you are sick.

Wanted to pick up some allergy medicine. The whole process took 25 mins with a new cashier that had to stop every step of the way to ask for help, including the 5 minutes I sat at the desk and no one acknowledged me even though eye contact was exchanged. I feel bad for her as she got verbal help from afar and still pressed wrong buttons. A drinking fountain next to it had water near it and a dad pointed it out. She proceeded to take over a water spill instead of completing my order mean while I see three Target employees standing around on their phone avoiding eye contact. I used to work at target many many years ago and i know training there is severe, no excuses for poor communication and lack of on hand training. I am not one to have a bad attitude over instances so just minus one star for best efforts put forth by the new cashier at CVS but if you are in a hurry, make sure you keep this in mind!
