Really unethical business. They will get you in with a low rate and then they will double or triple your rate and they will continue to do it. The rates are absolutely obscene. Don’t be fooled.

Super helpful staff, nice quiet facility. Very accommodating to their customers.
UPDATE: I've come back a couple years later to rent another unit and the staff was as helpful as ever. Angie showed me several different units to find one that was the right size and price that I needed. The staff here is great and it's a nice facility.

Sherlin and Angie are very helpful. They helped me get a 3x4 with ease and quickly as I was in a rush. I can tell that Angie is new but she was very nice and helpful. Sherlin is very knowledgeable. Great staff here in Alameda

DO NOT USE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE - BAIT & SWITCH. I JUST PAID $729 BECAUSE I WAS LATE. BUT ADDING ON A $120 LATE FEE IS EGREGIOUS. FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
