Excellent customer service. Facility is very clean and very secure. Was able to secure unit and complete all documentation in less than 30minutes. Have used various storages and highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience renting storage here. The facility was always clean and tidy and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. And there were always carts!
Would have been 5 stars but gotta knock off one star because the big doors were too frequently broken.

I arrived 3 months ago. I was met by a very professional woman who gave me a tour and followed up with me as I begin my journey with this company. I especially liked the calm nature of this individual when many demands were being made all at once.

My experience was wonderful! I was greeted by a professional and kind spirited staff member named Nayeli.
She was very thorough and detailed. She didn't mind answering questions and she was patient. The building is well kept, secure and clean. This is a great area! Thank you for the wonderful experience Nayeli!

I had a great experience with NAYELI, she showed me multiple units and even was patient when I was being picky and indecisive. Once we settled on a unit and went back to the office, MONICA assisted me with buying the perfect size boxes, showed my guest around / to the restroom and was overall helpful with the tons of questions I had. This was overall a great experience and I encourage others to come rent here!!!

This place is super clean, safe and Monica made our process of moving some stuff into storage so easy and smooth! She has been amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the size we needed and was also available right away when we lost the key to our unit. One of the best places for storage in Alameda!

I can't say enough about how helpful Monica has been getting us set up at Extra Space. When we were touring the units, we found one that fit our needs perfectly, but someone online booked it while we were there walking around. Later in the day, she called and was able to convince the other person to switch to a different unit so we could get the one we wanted. Secondly, I somehow lost the key to the unit almost immediately after moving in, and Monica with a power drill and a smile was able to get us back in. She's always friendly and professional every time we're there, and great to work with. The facility looks brand new, and the equipment is top notch. Highly recommended.

All the staff here is amazing, specially Monica. She was really nice, professional and helpful through the rental process providing information and she helped me with additional questions as part of the customer services. Great experience overall and I definitely recommend this place.

Monica provided professional service and expert advice in helping me with my storage needs. She was also very personable and patient when I needed to upgrade to larger units. The units are clean and secure and access to hand carts in loading dock are convenient. All in all, I am pleased with the service and units at this location.
