I just dropped off a package to be delivered to Atlanta, GA. It weighed 8lbs and they charged me $88.40 ground. The clerk asked me the value of the goods and charged me additional insurance without asking me. That is VERY BASD BUSINESS! I will never use this location and screw Fedex.

I can only speak to one rep that I have been working with for years, Rj! Rj is absolutely amazing. I'm a local small business owner and always entrust Rj to get last minute advertisements, menus, brochures created. He is also very patient and ensures that I get the quality and standard we need for each and every print job.
He needs a raise!!!

I rely on Neko and Sarah often for my Ebay shipping needs. They are consistently pleasant and professional. They are well informed on rates and packing options and always help clear up any questions I may have regarding my shipments. *I ship anything from bikes to furniture and everything I have had them package for me arrives safely. I can thank them in part for assisting me with maintaining my 100% positive feedback rating which helps attract more buyers. In essence, they are far more than FedEx Ship Center employees, they personally take part in helping me earn a living for my children and I. The price is well worth the services provided, these employees are exemplary. Thank you.

Got upcharged by the manager (Cody) for a simple single page print job with thick stock paper. I got charged an $8 “file enhancement fee” for simply making my image smaller. They already charged me for printing from behind their desk. $14 for a single color print! The manager was obviously looking out for his bottom line because when I had the exact same image printed the night prior by a different staff member, I wasn’t charged such an exorbitant fee like Cody charged me. Even when I told him the previous staff didn’t charge me that much the night prior for one single color print job, he didn’t care. I would give a one star rating if it wasn’t for the super awesome staff from the night before, who helped look for my lost file after closing before I had to come back and print again. Be careful of predatory revenue practices here!

Just came from this location where the clerk charged $1.75 PER SIDE on a cutter to trim a printed piece of paper. So to cut 4 sides cost $10 (including a charge to adjust the cutter, meaning just side the guide). Absolutely unacceptable.
When I asked how come this cost so much she nonchalantly said I should be grateful she didn’t charge me 4x the actual cost because she lined up the 4 pieces of printed papers meaning it could have cost about $32 to trim 4 pieces of printed paper. (And yes, she said I should be grateful to her.)
I wanted to come here to support local business. Lesson learned. Stay way from this location. There are other options: library, Staples, friends, someone else who has a sense of fairness and decency

I got to this store 10min before they'd close to print a big order.
VIRI attended to me and she was super helpful. She was professional, polite, personable, and above all, COMPETENT. Despite the fact that my work and a work for another customer lasted till 8:10pm, VIRI and the other associate, NEKO, remained professionals and showed great attitude. Thank you VIRI! Thank you NEKO. These two deserve a promotion. Associates like these keep us coming back. Other than that, what would an empty store be of any use void of this kind of spirit?!!!

Yo shoutout to Neko! He helped me do a large print within my budget. I had no idea what to do since I haven’t printed something large in ages. He was super kind and helped me every step of the way from finding an affordable print to getting it out of the huge printer, cutting the excess paper off and rolling it up. Thank you so much Neko! Give this guy a promotion and a raise! ??
