Harbor Bay KinderCare provides a nurturing and encouraging environment where children feel supported to learn and grow. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and pleasant, showing a great amount of love and affection to the children. They go above and beyond to connect with each child, fostering curiosity and making each day exciting and engaging with a lot of developing and learning activities. Parents highly value the clean center and its professional adherence to recommended guidelines and licensing. Communication between the staff and directors is stellar. The KinderCare app is a highlight, offering consistent updates and photos throughout the day, allowing families to follow their child's day and share in their accomplishments. The nutritious meals are also appreciated. Families describe feeling like part of a family and note their children have healthy attachments to the teachers and classmates. The experience fosters kindergarten readiness, and many parents express it was hard to say goodbye when leaving. Harbor Bay KinderCare is a highly recommended childcare option.

The team here has been wonderful navigating through changing COVID protocols, staffing changes and transitioning our child from staying at home to being in care first part-time and then full-time.
