I really enjoy getting my nails done at Hi Tech, the ladies are very friendly and provide great service. They don’t try to upsell services. The shop is clean and the massage chairs are great. I dont feel like they rush. I call ahead if I don’t have an appointment they are usually spot on with the wait time.

The ladies here are friendly and did a great job on my pedicure and waxing. So nice to not have to go to two different places. The salon is professional, no non-sense and kind. Not much fluff and you'll pay a fair price for the service you want. If you want to be pampered in a high end luxurious salon, this is not your gig. But for routine work in a timely friendly manner, this place more than suffices.

I always like to get advise from a nail lady that will it look good or how you think it would be more perfect because sometimes internet pictures deceive you. But this lady was like whatever you say I know some customers give them hard time but here I am taking the all responsibility it's upto me I just need a advise that will it look good with my hands or we can modify it. Very unpleasant experience as she never asked me do I liked my nails or is there anything she wants me to change . She did my manicure and never hid my original nails with base which really looks bad on my nails . Another thing I called in made an appointment and also inquired about pricing she gave me wrong pricing information charged me almost 20$ extra what she told over the phone. Lady who did my manicure was in so hurry she didn't even cut my cuticles even though I made an appointment .

I used to have my nails done here because it is really convenient for me, but the last two times I went, the woman who did my nails was pretty rude and not very skilled. My previous experiences had been with the owner, so I assume she hired new staff and hadn't yet vetted them or fully trained them, but I just moved on to another salon rather than deal with an unpleasant experience here.

I never leave bad reviews but unfortunately my experience has repeatedly been bad here. I went to take my acrylics off off and get a gel mani. The lady instead of soaking my nails in acetone and taking them off properly proceeded to use a fake nail to scrape off my acrylics completely damaging my nails. It hurt so bad and I kept telling her and she didn't even apologize. My nails were so damaged I could not get the gel and had to take a break for months. I made the mistake of coming back for an eyebrow wax since it's so close to me and the same lady got wax super close to my eye and burned me leaving a red mark, again did not apologize.

I have been here a few times for pedicures and gel manicures. They always do a great neat job on my nails and I never have trouble making an appointment. Deducting a star because their color choices are a little limited and it can be difficult to walk in for service.

Kate is the absolute best nail tech. She gives the best pedicure I have ever had in Alameda. I drive all the way from Hayward to have her help my aching feet.?

I've been coming to this salon for at least 5 months and have always been treated well. I've called them and same day appointment is available depending on how flexible you are with timing. Pricing is reasonable and affordable Quality of work is great, they do a thorough job in cleaning the nail bed and cuticles. Never had any issues with after care I've had full set acrylics, done fills, mani/pedi. Most recently giving myself a break from acrylic and my nails look so healthy! I will continue to visit Hi Tech

Joan got her nails cleaned up and Kat I believe her name is when the extra mile input just a little bit of some like pinky milky stuff on to kind of make it harder and then something to make it shiny and it just looks beautiful. I am her grandson and I'm writing this post for my grandmother because she is just so thrilled with her service. Thank you Kat. Love you!

It was my first time coming to this beautiful nail salon. Everything is clean and cute! I made an appointment which was honored, without more than 2min wait time. (They we're finishing up with another client) I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, basic, but done WELL. The nail techs weren't skimpy with the polish, and gave extra coats to make sure both my hands and feet were beautiful, and would last long.

Meh. This place had good fast service but my nails do not look that great haha. There's still nail polish on my skin. Not acceptable :( paying $77 for this when I can do a better job at home is exactly why people are buying nail kits. I came to be relieved of the need to do it on my own cause I'm on vacation, but now I kinda regret it.
