I have worked with Kelly and her team for years. We found her before we were married and my wife lived in Alameda, and we are so happy we did! We have our house, cars, umbrella policy and our cabin all insured through State Farm. Whenever I reach out for any help or question, I get quick responses(phone or email both). Recently I was had a note from my lender missing my cabin proof of insurance and had issues getting things uploaded properly. Laura, from Kelly's office, stepped in and went above and beyond to help me solve the issue quickly. She was fantastic and I can't think of working with any other insurer or office!

My colleague referred me to Kelly Lux’s team to work with while I was shopping for insurance. Worked out my car insurance quote with Tami Rhead and Tiffany Palmer and they were able to get my premium to where I want it. I also just transferred my motorcycle insurance to State Farm with the help of Lisa Batres.
If you’re looking for pros who kind and also creative, definitely go through them. My experience has been top notch!

One wouldn't think you'd have so much gratitude for an insurance agent, but here we are! I've had the Kelly Lux team servicing my home, auto, and business for years now, and they always go above and beyond. What's prompting this review is that I recently needed to correct my earthquake coverage to get a discount. Carolyn and Laura helped me get the info I needed and they were quick to get this applied before my term renewed. Around the same time, I also needed several complicated insurance certificates set up for my business, and Laura was on it, providing info I didn't even know I needed to get the job set up quickly and accurately.
I also had a glass claim as well as a different comprehensive claim last year, so I've been keeping them busy. They always are informative, responsive, and friendly! Talk about customer service. Thank you Team Kelly Lux!! Would give 10 stars if I could ?

I’ve been a loyal State Farm client for a long time, and there really is no other insurance company like it. State Farm truly represents “peace of mind.” I’ve been working with Kelly Lux since 2018, and recently, I purchased a new car and handled the insurance with Tiffany. She was amazing—extremely helpful and professional. She’s definitely an asset to the Kelly Lux team. I wish you all continued success in the insurance industry. Kelcey has provided some of the finest customer service I've experienced in a long time. Even though I'm upset that I'm yet another person that State Farm has dropped in CA, Kelcey's service leading up to a through this difficult time was fantastic!
