Never find what I need. Employee hard to find and not very helpful. It is sad, this store could have a lot of potential if they would improve their relation with customer inside the store.

Every time I come here I am reminded why I don't shop at this Michaels. Staff are rude and could care less about what you need; it's some huge inconvenience for them if you ask a question or need help. Never shopping here again.

Employees are mostly nice, but the available selection for yarn/fiber arts is absurdly small (it's literally half an aisle and usually disorganized/picked over). The paint options are also pretty limited so I usually only end up going if I need something that is very basic and I've confirmed ahead of time will be there via the website.

Their mobility cart was stolen and they didn't bother replacing it which I didn't know until I had already paid for an Uber there so I was already disappointed I couldn't shop for my Christmas crafts but also that I wasted money for no reason. I was clearly in physical distress to the point that a passing customer stopped to ask if I was okay and needed help but all of the cashiers 10 ft away from me didn't care at all. Even the manager when I asked for a chair acted as if I was bothering her sighing that she would have to get one from the break room. Michael's has a lot of talk on their web page about disability inclusivity being important to them but apparently it's just talk, no action. All of their regular shopping carts have those extra tall poles to prevent them from being taken from the store they could do the same to the mobility carts.
