People were friendly, but I had selected a bunch of items and when I went to fitting room at 7:30 it was closed. The store is open until 8pm and there was no announcement of the fitting room closing or I would have rushed in there. It should be open until customers leave before you close if you are trying to make sales. I’m frustrated because I needed some warm clothes and was excited only to walk away with a full cart left behind and no effort to assist me. Not coming back.

Great selection inside this store! Things are usually organized well. I'm sad that there isn't a maternity section in store, which was the biggest reason I went to the store today, but I still left with cute sweaters and pants. The value is moderate to high, and the clothes don't feel cheap.

If I could give zero stars I would. New management or new employees are so unprofessional and they stated they closed an hour earlier than their operating hours BUT I could purchase items and I could NOT try anything on. I already filed a formal complaint with corporate and if this has happened to you I hope you do as well. 0/0

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at this Old Navy. All of the ladies I interacted with were super helpful and friendly.I came in for essentials and was helped finding the items, the right size, and in the fitting room.
