Pet Food Express is a Bay Area business offering a wide selection of pet food, toys, treats, and essentials. Reviews note it has the best overall selection, with great products, though some items can seem overpriced. The store supports local animal shelters and rescues. Many staff are described as super friendly, helpful, well-informed, and genuinely caring for pets. The popular buy three get one free deal applies to most items, and the store includes a self-service pet bath. While generally reliable, some recent feedback mentions inconsistent customer service, with a couple of staff noted as rude. The location has ample parking and allows convenient returns for unwanted food.
Staff are amazing and super friendly. I like their selection of organic and natural food and treats. We get both dog and cat stuffs... food treats litter beds cat trees and shampoo.
