“LOVE this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable as well as courteous. Always willing to help resolve any problems. Plus the delivery service is excellent. I no longer need to stress about how to get my meds. And yes, the gentleman who delivers does not speak English. So what? He understands English quite well and is always willing to throw my meds over my fence if I’m not available. Plus he’s a nice guy, even if a little shy.”

“Some other customer named John was seen yelling at one of the techs. He stated that he would move his prescription somewhere else. I would too after embarrassing myself in front of people trying their best. The techs have always been good to me got my medication in a timely fashion unless my doctor messed up my prescription.”
“Small pharmacy. Staff are always great. Common medications are usually well stocked. There are times where they run out and I have to send my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Wait time varies depending on time of day. Opening time is usually best.”
“Huge thanks to Peter for saving the night! I showed up around 10:30 PM in full last-minute-passport-dad mode with already printed photos for my son’s passport, realizing I still needed them cut to the exact size. Instead of running away from the problem (and the late hour), Peter jumped in like a passport photo superhero.
He happily offered to cut the photos to the correct size and handled it quickly and perfectly. At 10:30 PM, that level of helpfulness deserves a medal—or at least a very enthusiastic review. His sense of humor, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful last-minute situation actually enjoyable.
If customer service had a bedtime, Peter clearly didn’t get the memo. Thanks again for the awesome help!”

“A big, clean, well organized Safeway in Alameda!!The prices in Safeway have gone up, so download the App for the best deals, the just for you savings are good. In this store, I have always found what I'm looking for rather easily. Also, the fruit in this store seems to be a little fresher than other stores, in my opinion. Or maybe I just come once they have restocked.Located in the Alameda South Shore Shopping Center, there's plenty of parking here, and they also have the Safeway gas station available. One of the few Safeways I actually like shopping in!!”
“5 stars for Jaymar at the pharmacy counter. I've had less than acceptable service at this same pharmacy from a female who I won't name (8 days ago). She wasted my time, gas money to come back, and sent me on an unnecessary wild goose chase. Returned this evening, and Jaymar said he thought he could handle it right there, and...get this...he did. I recommend you call before you come and make sure Jaymar is on duty. He's professional, warm, and actually cares about people.”

“I went to the Starbucks, me and my son and oh my goodness it was a vibe up in there. It was so cool. Everybody up in there. Super nice. People you didn't even know. Was just speaking to you. See whatever you want to sit. Be in your computer and what not. I definitely would go back. Oh my favorite lemon loaf. Oh my goodness and they got this. It's like a potato square with spinach and onions and a lot of good stuff in it. I recommend that. Then I had a vanilla bean frappuccino. And then my son had a lemon loaf as well but he had a frappuccino. Would I recommend for a spot to hang out? Chill socialize yep yep 👍🏾”

Once when I had a transition in insurance- I wasn't able to afford my much needed medication and they applied a discount to allow me to be able to afford it and I will never forget that. I was supposed to get a shot at a different Walgreens location but they didn't order my vaccine when they said they had so I had to rush to this pharmacy once I landed.
