“This is a wonderful old-fashioned neighborhood pharmacy tucked into a corner of a wonderful hardware store. Maybe a strange combination but it has been owned and run by two brothers for many years. One brother is a pharmacist and the other runs the exceptionally well equipped hardware store. The staff at both places are very knowledgeable and accommodating.”

“Huge thanks to Peter for saving the night! I showed up around 10:30 PM in full last-minute-passport-dad mode with already printed photos for my son’s passport, realizing I still needed them cut to the exact size. Instead of running away from the problem (and the late hour), Peter jumped in like a passport photo superhero.
He happily offered to cut the photos to the correct size and handled it quickly and perfectly. At 10:30 PM, that level of helpfulness deserves a medal—or at least a very enthusiastic review. His sense of humor, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful last-minute situation actually enjoyable.

“5 stars for Jaymar at the pharmacy counter. I've had less than acceptable service at this same pharmacy from a female who I won't name (8 days ago). She wasted my time, gas money to come back, and sent me on an unnecessary wild goose chase. Returned this evening, and Jaymar said he thought he could handle it right there, and...get this...he did. I recommend you call before you come and make sure Jaymar is on duty. He's professional, warm, and actually cares about people.”

“A big, clean, well organized Safeway in Alameda!!The prices in Safeway have gone up, so download the App for the best deals, the just for you savings are good. In this store, I have always found what I'm looking for rather easily. Also, the fruit in this store seems to be a little fresher than other stores, in my opinion. Or maybe I just come once they have restocked.Located in the Alameda South Shore Shopping Center, there's plenty of parking here, and they also have the Safeway gas station available. One of the few Safeways I actually like shopping in!!”

“LOVE this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable as well as courteous. Always willing to help resolve any problems. Plus the delivery service is excellent. I no longer need to stress about how to get my meds. And yes, the gentleman who delivers does not speak English. So what? He understands English quite well and is always willing to throw my meds over my fence if I’m not available. Plus he’s a nice guy, even if a little shy.”
