I flew in from out of town to pick up some items, and put thme in the unit before I flew back the next day. Arrived at the property, no staff was on site (out on an emergency it turns out), I received my gate code via text. It worked on the gate, but not the elevator and building doors. It took a little bit of time but staff at another really bailed me out. Not perfect, but it got resolved in time for me to make my flight back out.

Just moved out after having the unit for a couple years. James was a great help when I moved in and the manager (name unknown) made the move out process so easy and quick! Note that storage pricing increases over time so just factor that into your needs.

Public Storage seems to have bought in to an algorithm adjusting price increases up to 40 percent in a given month. There are not good long term rates. Since storage is considered a luxury they act as a predatory landlord. If you want a decent rate you must play musical chairs with your storage unit and switch locations every few months.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I rented a unit here for three months and had an extremely disappointing experience. The office is rarely staffed, so you're usually forced to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Their advertised prices are misleading—you end up paying much more than expected. It’s clear that profit is their only priority, as the customer service is among the worst I’ve ever encountered.
