The people here are nice and they give haircuts that look good, but they are bad at following references and listening to you. I came in with long hair past my shoulders and asked for bangs and they cut off all my hair down to just past my ears.

Supercuts is my go to place for my hair cut. I have been patronizing this business for many years (since the late 90's).The manager and the employees know I am one of their regular customers. I always go for their package deal - shampoo, conditioner, cut and blow dry for $32. Last year the stylist cut my hair a tad short. This time around I showed them my most recent photo of me. The stylist did a perfect job and I was satisfied with the length.

I was nervous coming here because I have had only 1 person cut my hair over the last few years. Long story short I was finding myself in need of a quick cut to refresh what died off. I wish I took before and afters for you but I didn't take any. I have curly hair and originally I was going to head to the salon next door because they have a curly haircut. But I had to wait, so I took a walk outside and saw Supercuts. I've gone to others before and had a fine experience but this time, was lovely. Ann helped me right away she asked what I wanted and I told her layers with face framing. She took a look at my hair and started cutting, she wanted to take off not too much but enough for my hair to be healthy. She double, triple and quadruple checked throughout the hair cut if I was happy with the way she was cutting by letting me use the mirror to check. TLDR: Anne was amazing I was afraid because I have curly hair. She did a great job!

I asked for shorter layers, around shoulder length! I told her that if it’s at the shoulders, I don’t have to wear it up, as I’m a specialist. I showed her pictures. I was very specific on longer layers, but at the shoulder. I kept saying it repeatedly. She just kept cutting it shorter & shorter. I told her I didn’t want a bob because I don’t like this type of hairstyle. I repeatedly told her that she’s cutting it too short!!!! She just kept going! My hair is naturally thick, but she butchered it. I look like when I had cancer & it’s just barely growing back out. I look like a mushroom. I’m very angry. I’m never going back there again. I wish I could have my money back. She didn’t cut it the way I asked, even after showing pictures & repeatedly saying that she’s cutting it too short. Her reply was that it would grow out in 2 weeks. No wonder they are never busy!

If you are a female looking to get your hair cut go somewhere else. The staff would rather quickly cut 10 mens haircuts vs doing a good job on a women's hair. I came in with a picture and tried to explain what I wanted. The woman argued with me about the length and then in just 10 minutes gave me something completely different. She cut uneven layers and left big chunks uncut. When I complained she said it looked fine and the women at the register tried to tell me it made me look better than before. I had to get someone else to fix the haircut afterwards just to make it even. Now I have unwanted layers that will take me months to grow out. Will not return.

I've been coming to this Supercuts for many years for my bangs. I am VERY particular with my bangs. I've had bangs all my life, y'all, long before they were en vogue, lol. Naturally, they require maintenance, and years and years ago, I started coming to this Supercuts location every couple of months to have them cleaned up. More recently, my partner started accompanying me periodically for his haircuts. The ladies who work here always do a great job. They listen to what you want and check in during your cut, instead of just chopping away. They take a lot of interest in my partner's long blond hair, lol - in fact he's literally the poster boy for this salon's Yelp page! If I could make one suggestion it would be for the lovely ladies to take off the face coverings - let's see those beautiful smiles again! But as long as they don't push them on their clientele - and they never have - it's all good.

The worst salon I have ever been. If you love your hair please please do not go to this salon. A five years old child can cut better than them. They are not trained and have no knowledge of hair cut, so please please never make an appointment with this salon.
