Absolutely poor service. Some non employee man yelled at my son for bouncing a ball. And an employee asked my son right before but he didn't hear before. The man started yelling at my 11 years son "hey are you deaf or something? " I pulled my son's hoodie down and said "yes" and showed him his hearing aids. My son also has autism and it so it takes a moment to process. That man never bothered to apologize. And I told the man working there that he was being inappropriate to peoples children and told him to come to me instead of coming to my kid. The man who worked there did nothing... My son was hurting anyone or breaking anything. He was not in anyone's way I got a pic of the pathetic employee who could have intervened and said "hey we don't yell at people's kids like that." But nope. Poor poor customer service. Won't be back.

This place has more toys in one section than ToyRUs had in an aisle. It's HUGE. I mean floor to ceiling, it's packed with all different types of games and toys for children all ages! The pricing is average. But honestly I could spend all day in this store and still not see everything. I went shopping for my baby brother but I was mesmerized myself and felt so nostalgic. They have fun toys and if you look carefully great toys for kids to help learn STEM

Service is horrible. My brother wanted to shop for old/vintage hot wheels so we came here since they're known for older toy collections. Don't get me wrong, they also have brand new toys that are trending now. My brother went to look at these cars in the glass shelves and it was blocked off with totes and I asked the younger male Caucasian employee there that was stocking the shelves if I can go join my brother in that section.. he said, "Yes.". Then this older male Caucasian employee comes over, scoffs at me and said "this area is actually blocked off.". Then I looked over to the younger employee and told him that he said it was okay for me to go there.. GUESS WHAT?? The younger employee didn't say anything to back me up. I told my brother to just leave and not to spend any money here. He can go shop online for his vintage hot wheels. NOPED out of there quick after that.

This store might look small on the outside but it has an impressive toy collection inside. There's so much toys that it's stacked all the way up to the ceiling so make sure you look up. Even if you are an adult now and don't play toys, I'm sure you will find something you can relate to that will bring back those childhood memories. If you have any toys or games lying around the house, you can trade or sell them here. Everything in the store looked like it was new or in good condition. I didn't see anything in bad condition. The store is well organized and neat. You shouldn't have any issues figuring out what section of the store you're in. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of price signs or tags. Most of the items I looked at didn't even have a price tag so you don't know how much it is unless you ask an employee.

Big toy store with friendly staff to help you with any questions you might have. Huge selection of board games to figurines and building things. Good value.

I came in to the store over the weekend looking for a Lego set. I wasn’t sure which one to get. There were some interesting looking people inside including a scary clown. There was a worker named Laila who helped me and she might’ve gave me the best Lego shopping experience I’ve ever had. She was so kind and so helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect set for my friend Nisha. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Nisha was so excited about the Lego set (It was pickleball themed). Definitely will be coming back again!!!

Called specifically for littlest pet shops was told “there was a lot” . As an LPS collector, the LPS shown on the display were not as valuable as they made it seem but some furniture pieces were $20+ . I went to a LPS convention, same furniture piecing they were selling for $20 are $2-4 a piece. Highest $10. They should really take into consideration of the LPS community we spend good money on these collectibles. However they should do more research on the pricing . Some pets that range for $2 were set at $7 should have a bundle deal

It’s a literal safari of toys. Almost any toy you ever had as a kid is here. They also have a ton of toys for kids to play with while you are exploring.

I've been coming here since my now grown children were once toddlers. I absolutely love this place and thankful they're still here! I took my granddaughter there the other day and she left with goodies that really brightened her day. This place is a treasure and the owner is a wonderful lady! Great prices and customer service. A great place to take the children in your life. You'll definitely leave with some kind of treasure ?

Love toy safari. My children love to come here and trade in their used toys. It’s such a classic toy shop to visit, so happy we have this shop in Alameda.

They really didn't pay worth money. My toy cars were very good condition and worth more than $28.00 store credit or 18.00 in cash. Da-f-period.
