“I made my rental reservation about a month in advance. When I arrived due to California getting ready to host the world cup their sprinter van selection was basically gone. Ebony and two other young men went way above and beyond to take care of me and get me the vehicle I had rented. They even drove it a city over to me at my hotel to swap out the vehicles. They took some off the final bill and just did so much to make sure I was happy. I have another trip I'm flying down to California again in July and will be booking a rental for that trip today or tomorrow. Thank you all for the professionalism and taking care of me.”
“Excellent facility. The packing store has everything you need and you should definitely take advantage of it. When you are moving stuff around. You can buy boxes and then any boxes you don't end up using. They will buy back. They also have a box recycle bin so if you've got used boxes you can put them in there and other people will pick them up.
The big carts are outside. If you need a lot of boxes and other materials. My girlfriend and I go estate sales and garage sales and on occasion we will buy box of 100 sheets of packing paper and they'll take us about a year or two to go through.

“Great experience renting a van from U-Haul yesterday. My car had an issue and I was scheduled to pick up some boxes in Concord in just a few hours. I was able to rent a van immediately online and the pick-up was quick and easy. The man running the office was extremely kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. All together it was a good experience that gave me a quick save when I really needed large vehicle for just a few hours.”

“Easy booking online, pickup location easy to find. Cargo van was washed, swept out, a newer model, gased up and ready to go. Onsite customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, more than happy to help. All made my local furniture pickup and transport easy to accomplish within a short window of time. No delays! “Brought My Truck In (Pete 388) DEF System Was Acting Up. My Mechanic Couldn’t Figure It Out. I Was Skeptical To Bring It At First Reading Some Of The Reviews. Upon Arriving Thursday I Was Greeted By Ivan At The Service Front Counter. He Was Very Knowledgeable And Broke Down The Steps They Needed To Take To Repair My Truck. Even Though They Were 5-7 Days Backed Up From Getting To My Truck They Started Working On It Immediately. They Communicated With Me Daily On Where They Were At With The Repair. They Were Able To Diagnose It Right Away And Fix It. I Was In And Out In 4 Days. They Even Helped Me Out On The Bill Because I Told Them I’m A One Man Company And Not A Fleet. Would Definitely Recommend This Shop ??”

This Penske shop is nothing short of professional, transparent, and reliable. Aside from working with Penske for my nine-day rental, the shop manager, Dustin, was able to help me with a unique billing problem that I had created. Along with the help of Adhil and Martin (two Penske office agents), the team of three bent over backwards to solve my complex problem - cancelling my full transaction, refunding it, and recharging it to a different financial account. This was not an easy ask and there were additional caveats. Due to unique circumstances with the rental agreement, they were able to troubleshoot the transaction and develop a unique solution.
