Alameda resident for over 30 years. Went to Encinal True Value Hardware to look for bolts, nuts and washers. They have everything i needed for my project and the lady helped me find them. Highly recommend this hardware store. Before coming here I went to Pagano Hardware at South Shore Center. They have barely anything I wanted or low stock.

The most amazing customer service ever I really didn't know what I needed. I only looked on up on Amazon, but I wanted to support local love versus going on Amazon. Crystal was amazing and they had everything that I needed.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was asked , How may I help? I needed some very small screws.Not even 5 minutes later I was in my truck heading home. Fast,knowledgeable and courteous.
