Came for an online pickup and they gave me OPENED makeup. When I came back to return the stuff, they had a big line and one cashier, while three other big b!tches were standing around talking to EACH OTHER.

I love ultabeauty products . This store location is close to my house. But I a few times I went there many of the cashiers are rude. The customer service is bad . Dec 23/2023 I went at night in the ladies with a bad attitude . As a customer, I deserve good customer service . Every purchase, I spend 300 up 800 hundreds or more in Christmas.

Pathetic service and worst associates working at this store. I went to the store and liked an item but was cheaper online. The cashier refused the price match so I placed an order for pick up (7 items on shelf). She said they have 2 hours to complete the order (basically implying we wont complete the order right away even if they can) so I came back. After 1 hour I got email that the item is out of stock so the order is cancelled. I went to the store and there were still 7 items on shelf. When I entered the store, the cashier saw me and had a look on her face like oh he is here. I picked up the item which was on display right next to the counter and asked her how is this item out of stock. The look on her face confirmed that she knew that they cancelled the order even though there were many items in stock and they are the culprits. Without asking the person responsible for processing a pick up order or asking me anything she was like oh, oh, let me honor the online price (which she refused to do in first place). This store may be doesn't care about the business, I doubt someone even took time to check if there any item in store and just pressed out of stock sitting in their break room.PATHETIC ASSOCIATES IN THIS STORE, AVOID PLACING ONLINE ORDERS HERE OR IF YOU FIND A DEAL ONLINE AND STORE SAYS OUT OF STOCK, go in-person I am sure you will find it and they CAN honor online price. If they so no, they are lying.

Date of incident Tuesday, November 28 opening shift. I live not too far from this location so I’ve been here a few times. There have been a couple times where staff are friendly but the last few times I’ve visited this store it has been a bad experience. I believe this is the store manager or one of the managers. It is an older woman dark hair may be Hispanic may be Middle Eastern? I’ve had to deal with her a couple times. She is extremely rude has a horrible attitude and seems like she does not want to help customers. Today I walked in and she was at cash register they had just opened while I was walking in, I looked over to my left and smiled. She did not acknowledge me rolled her eyes and continue to look down at whatever she was working on. I kept on going about my business, and when I was ready to check out, I was standing in line. Mind you I was the only one in line store was empty since they had just opened. She was at cash register didn’t acknowledge me again, couldn’t even say “I’ll be right with you” or anything. Finally, she came to a cash register and asked me if I was ready. When I was the one waiting on her. She rang me up was an extremely dry and rude. When it was time to pay I use my card. She asked me if I wanted my receipt emailed or print. I press the email button. Then she walked away and left the cash register. I stood there because I was unsure if we were done with our transaction since she didn’t really make it clear. After realizing that she had just walked away for me and left me there without letting me know that I was good to go, I eventually walked away and said have a great day. Again, no acknowledgment. I believe this woman is a manager. I don’t know how so because she is extremely rude. This isn’t the first interaction I have with her. Every time I’ve had to deal with her it’s such an unpleasant experience. Management and leaders are at the top and should set an example for the rest of their employees. It’s unfortunate that this is not the case at this location. If she is like this with paying customers, I wonder how she treats her employees. But again this is unacceptable in any circumstances, but even worse when it comes fr managers and leaders. Paying customers should be treated kindly . If there was any way, I can take this to higher management I would. I am going to look into it. Do not waste your time and money here it is not worth the treatment. Much better to go to a different location.

The place is a mess. Literally and figuratively. Almost every single shelf has the samples in the wrong area so none of the colors match up. At least half of the makeup isn't stocked at all. There aren't prices on at least a third to half of the items and when I asked about it they said I should download the app to scan everything myself to find out the price which is lazy and ridiculous.Two of the seven items I bought had the wrong item in the box so I had to return them and they were essentially like "yea, of well , that's the store". The store is always hot and stuffy as if they don't have ventilation whatsoever. The employees aren't knowledgeable about what they have in stock, the prices or why it's such a mess. It's physically dirty and it's honestly embarrassing. I don't blame the employees because if management was even half competent then the employees would be fine but it's managed poorly. It's gross, unhygienic and just nasty compared to Ulta's in other places

Usually happy with the service here, but giving a 1 star because an employee had me sign up for credit card without saying the words “credit card” when I triple checked asking it’s just a rewards card in April 2023. She only told me immediately after I hit confirm to sign up and I called the same day to pay it off… Delay and all, for some reason there was a $2 remaining balance that I missed and inflated to $200 because I “owed and missed payments” on a card I never wanted. This dropped my credit score by a lot as I was unaware of any of this for the last 4 months. Moral of the story, don’t sign up for their card unless you want a credit card and update your training to ensure employees aren’t doing this underhanded method of getting the store more “sign-up quota”

Great experience today at Ulta. Jared was extremely helpful as I was searching for all the essentials for an upcoming wedding I’m attending. He helped me think about what I’d need, what makeup went well together and would compliment my skin type. So appreciative!

Had none of my Mac lipsticks There We're out of a lot of stuff the help I got was no help at all and I'm 75 years old It was a waste going in there and it was about 830 at night I got it ride the store was pretty empty so I thought I would be able to get some help Very disappointed.
