It said on Google maps and the UPS phone number that they were open until 830 on Sunday. I got here at 7:50 to drop off a package and it was closed. Very annoyed, don’t have time to go elsewhere now. .

AVOID THIS LOCATION! If you can, specify a preferred UPS Access Point that's not this location!
UPS needed my signature to deliver my package (even though it was some small, inexpensive thing, but sure, whatever, fine) and for some reason, instead of taking my package to any of the TWO UPS STORES that are here, they brought it to this corner store??? I've never had this happen before!
They are supposed to be open from 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM, but I went at 9:10 AM AND 2:30 PM on two separate days and both times they were closed. What in the world! I needed this package urgently, but I might have to go to the physical store to get what I need now.
The actual store looks like it hasn't been open for some time (all lights were off, some piece of furniture was pushed to block the door from being opened; no signs of life). I don't have anything against the store itself but it REALLY should not be affiliated with UPS in any way. Please, UPS, do something about this.

This is thw worse location for me to pick up equipmwnt for work. I have specified multiple times to nevee deliver my packages here.
Now I am late because the store is still close 30 minutes past their scheduled opening time.

I dropped off a package that was supposed to be sent out over a week ago and the tracking says it’s still at the carrier facility and it never shipped. Unfortunately it was a lab test that was complicated and time sensitive and now I have to do it all over again because it expired while sitting at this shipping center. Very disappointing.

Yes they accept customers who drop UPS packages here!Lots of street parking.Great for dropping off UPS packages that are labeled and ready to ship.Good alternative to UPS stores that close at 5pm. They are open late.They will scan the barcode to ensure UPS is aware your packages will be picked up.
