I am always worried when I see the person working on their phone. She looked totally uninterested in what she was doing. Touched my phone without asking. Bad attitude when I was trying to get information to her. I wanted to reflect her behavior back to her but realized that wouldn’t be helpful. I will chock this experience up as a learning opportunity and next time will say something in a courteous way.In previous visits I have never had a problem.

Every time I have been to this location it has been at the moment they open the doors. It doesn’t matter who is working at the time but they are ALWAYS so nice and helpful. There is nothing I could change to make it a better, more friendly, or faster experience. My hats off to the staff!

I had an exceptional experience with Kimberly at UPS! Her upbeat and friendly demeanor, coupled with a constant smile, made my Amazon returns an absolute breeze. She brought a touch of humor to the process, making it not only fast but also efficient. Kimberly's outstanding customer service deserves a solid 5 stars. Kudos to her for making the UPS experience not just smooth but enjoyable!

I went in a couple weeks ago to mail a prepaid package back to a company but only half of the address printed out on the label I used. The two working there, forgot their names- were so very nice! They found the companies name and got the label reprinted out perfectly! It saved me a trip to drive back home to reprint it off my printer. They were so very helpful! Thank you so much! It saved me so much time. They were busy in there but greeted me and said they would e with me as soon as they could. Thanks again!

I came with a prepaid label and box and asked to leave it on the counter since there was a 30 min line out the door. Dude said I cannot drop off my box and I would have to wait in line. Got to the front and the guy scans my box no issues, I say I do not need a receipt. He says and I quote “ No you need to take it.” Never been to a UPS store that forces you to take a receipt or wait in line with a prepaid label seems like he just wanted to waste my time and the reason there was such a long line.

Truly awful experience. Lady at the store, made a routine pick up of a package into a bureaucratic nightmare. This lady had the ID, order number, tracking number, email, and proof of address and would not release the package.This woman’s smug disregard and unprofessional behavior was an absolute shock.Direct your business elsewhere.

I would recommend going to another storeI was returning a box which was recommended to me by the store after I gave them the dimensions of the item that I was shipping. It turned out to be way too big and the item would’ve been damaged bouncing around, when I returned the box to the same girl who recommended it to me. She rudely stated no returns. I asked why ? there’s a section on the receipt that states items marked NR are non-returnable, she circled this disclaimer and threw the receipt back at me .. I pointed out to her, that in the description of the item there was no NR stated. She called her Manager and then told me she’d give me a store credit.I didn’t want a store credit, but there were a lot of people standing in line so I did not want to hold up other customers and I certainly didn’t want to get into a debate with her ..This so-called customer service person an African-American girl, was so rude and nasty. I wanted to leave that store as soon as possible and I was not the only person that she delivered her nasty attitude towardsThe store owner keeps talking about good service and how important it is etc. etc. however it seems the same person that causes so much grief towards customers is still there dishing her out her idea of customer non service making sure customers will think twice about returning or giving anybody else a good word about the business

I read some reviews prior to coming here so I brought a whole roll of packing tape from work. There wasn't a line so I was immediately greeted and told them I had an Amazon return. The worker scanned my QR code on my phone and then looked at my box. I asked if I should tape it up more and they told me it should be fine and they're happy with it as long as I was. So I taped it in a few more spots. When I was done they thanked me for having tape and told me to have a nice day. It was way more pleasant than the reviews lead me to believe.

I usually come in here for my Amazon returns. But, if ever there is a line, they get you in and out of the store as fast as they can. Katrina and Danielle work their tails off and are super friendly. I will continue coming here!

We went for our daughters passport picture and Cora made her smile (which is hard for a newborn). Amazing service! She did such a great job, was warm with her and made it so easy for us! Thanks for your amazing service!

Avoid if you can. This store is awful because of the customer service. The staff has a screw you attitude anytime I have a question they sound like they're ready to fight. No pleasantries or helpful info. I mean don't all ups stores basically provide the same thing and the only difference is location and customer service?My husband worked at a UPS store and managed two different locations. There are much better stores out there avoid this one if you can.
