Unfriendly tellers, smiles are hard to come by here. If you get one, it will be of the insincere flash type smile & back to dead pan. There's no rhyme or reason as to how you get help. No one greets you. People cut others in line & no one seems to care. The two elderly people who were there while I was there were either completely ignored or not helped when they had a problem. For a not very busy place the workers seem verrrry tired. I had an appointment at one, the banker was 10 minutes late, the unsmiling banker gave no apology, greeting ir smile. They were unable to provide a service that I received at another branch without a problem. I hated my experience.

First let me say the employees are wonderful! Love them all!!!! But us bank abruptly closed the other two locations in alameda. The only other is in a terrible grocery store. So have always loved this location and the employees. But now they always seem to be understaffed. Whenever I come in it tends to be a long line and only two windows open. So usually a 15-20 min wait. But at least the tellers are wonderful! Love them all! Just frustrated with the company. And the insane wait times. Not the employees fault at all. They cut their recourses and the employees end up suffering because of it. Just a shame.

Negative stars for this branch. Elderly mom went to open an account and they were so rude. Also, do your homework as a consumer. Don't trust bankers with your money. Apparently this bank DOES NOT really care so much about what happens to your account. Take your business elsewhere.

I already checked lost property and my CD wasn't there wouldn't you have record of it if you sent it wona play games I wonder what internal affairs would have to say about it or the IRS I think there's something dirty going on when a bank changes hands three times how many other people got done like me

This location had made up policies she asked me to write down my social security number on a random paper to cash my check not two pieces of ID like any other bank that to me is not safe and a little disturbing and illegal she would not show me the policy that stated you need your social to cash a check and not to apply for an account wont be back to this location Bad first impression ??

YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE: The ATM booth is accessible (and has been for at least a couple of months) to anyone who simply pulls on the door. You used to have to use your ATM card to unlock it and open it; that is no longer the case. I have been waiting to see this addressed, without any action. I hope the bank will take care of this, as it obviously represents a security and safety risk.

I went to my branch in Alameda today. Just want to say that the security guard was amazing! I am recovering from surgery. She made sure that I could sit down outside and inside too. I am grateful to her. She made my visit easier.The service is stellar. Thanks US Bank!!!

Customer service at this location is terrible. They lack giving the correct information and have no real interest in helping their customers. Waisted my time going in to this location. I saw the teller name Aida she was very rude and I can read judgment from her tone and lack of customer assistance. I then went to the location in Castro valley and had such as better service from polite staff.
