I would give it 5 stars but it's almost never open. I've only seen people there a couple times. They seemed friendly enough you know it's a bank in a store.

Courtesy say hello, someone will be with you shortly, if you can't help customer!!! Always an issue today my teller was excellent but the wait was just unacceptable and unnecessary us bank having employees just to chat instead of work at the line of customers

Can't say enough what wonderful, professional, personalized service Nathan provided for us. From his warm greeting upon arrival to his follow through after we left, I was so impressed by Nathan and US Bank. Totally recommend banking here!

Tried to make a credit card payment, Check was returned as I wrote the check out, rounding up the balance, Balance $99.76 so I wrote check out for $100. Was told that was considered Money Laundry as you cant write out check for more than what you owe. Unbelievable !!! lady in front of me in line , needed change to catch bus.... Was told you needed to have an account with US Bank Both cases the Buck was Passed !!! 1 Issue was blamed on Credit card Department other was with Corporate and federal laws Where is the Customer Service ??? manager was GREAT understood Frustration and stated changes are coming...As a New system is on the way. Not sure I want to wait for Changes as the ones that are current are not good

I'm a Flight Attendant and unfortunately I lost my card on one of my trips yesterday. I called the customer service and they were able to cancel it for me. I was freaking out since I leave for another trip tomorrow, and I need my card to access funds on the road. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone last night suggested that I go to my local branch to get a temporary card. I heeded his advice and went into my local branch today and was greeted by Amirah Sari. She was absolutely amazing to work with! She provided excellent customer service, professionalism and above all was super efficient. I truly feel that US Bank hires the best and it shows! Thank you Amirah!!!

I love this bank that doesn't look like a bank because its in a grocery store in sleepy Alameda. Everyone who works here is down to earth and friendly. They seem to know most of their customers names. They are sports fans too which is fun...always up to talk sports! Thanks to Nate and Aliayah and the rest of the South Shore crew for making banking fun!

First off I will give 5 stars to ALL US BANK, ok maybe not San Jose foxworthy, but the rest are great . The two gentleman today were hillarious and pulled me out of a very bad mood . I feel bad I didn't think to get their names however BRANCH MANAGER , 2/15 /20 3:45 PM

Half the time you wait in a line to be told they can't help you. A few times they claim they "ran out of change" so they didn't have to make change and help people. If it's true they keep running out of change and quarters then they need a better manager who knows how to run a bank branch.

Nothing but problems every single time I go to this branch. The teller failed to understand a very basic concept. So ignorant. Constant turnover. This branch makes me hate US Bank.

This two-star review is generous. On a weekend when management certainly knows that there will be crowds (as opposed to Wednesday morning at 10 am for example), only one teller was available. I waited at least 30 minutes in line. The teller must have noticed the steam coming from my head, but her attempts to pacify me were mechanical. In fact, though, I don't know how such a wait could be excused. I had rented a ZipCar to do my errands this weekend but had to extend the rental period due to this unexpected and unacceptable situation. Meanwhile, in the ever-lengthening line, we long-suffering clients exchanged better banking experiences. Wells Fargo came out the best. Caveat emptor.
