Got nail trimming for my dog. They were great with him as he was a little scared but the team did a wonderful and were able to trim his nails without any issues.

Alameda,CASandy Rosete is a great doctor. Our dogs and we love to see her!! She provide our dogs& cat good treatment with empathy! Thanks to her and staff, they are very patience with pets and pet parents!! I didn’t see this in any other highly charge vet offices.

I just take My cat there for nail trimming, he was anxious this time due to dog not dogs fault, but they completed the nail trimming, unfortunately Ii was there way to early cause it was Saturday not weekday(time) so he peed every where while getting done. This is What happens when your 3 hours early in a crate Note: Saturdays are at noon.

Utterly incompetent and useless. There is no way to make an appointment, they are always full, and they do not pick up the phone. Wasted an hour driving to Alameda just to find out they have no appointments. And it wasn't even close to closing time or anything like that. Avoid these clowns.

Employees were nice and polite in explaining me the status of my dog Andy . Vet doctor was polite as too and prices was a right for me not too expensive

This was our 2nd Puppy Visit and once again I am very pleased with the care my puppy received. The Veterinarian was very thorough and thoughtful of her needs. The staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly staff, simple instructions. Grateful for weekend hours. I would STRONGLY encourage getting in line early, as they have a limited number of slots and do fill up.

Don't bother getting the yearly plan. They have hours available and cancel every morning. You won't be able to use your plan because you never know when they're actually in. No answer for over 2 months and the store says they're never available but it's not their problem as it's a separate thing. They should be sued for selling a yearly plan that is useless after the first day. Go to Banfield at Petsmart instead, professional and excellent packages.
