Always a reliable stop. Clean pumps, plenty of lighting at night, and usually stocked up inside with all the drinks and snacks I’m looking for. Never had an issue here card readers work, air and water stations are available, and the lot feels safe. Good for a quick in and out or to stretch during a longer drive. It’s just one of those gas stations that always comes through when I need it.

Horrible service on June16 2024. Employee was Mia for longer than usual. Had a terrible attitude. Never came out to bring paper towels. Worst experience in a gas station as far as attitude. Needs to work on customer service skills.

Don't bother going to this Chevron if you want anything to eat they didn't have anything available as far as hot foods don't go to the Alamo location!

Excellent service from staff. They are cheerful and smile to customers. They also have very clean restrooms.

excellent service and 100% always honest with me when i hand the $100 for my tank I am never shortchanged. My fuel placed in gas tank is equivilent to $100 and never any mistakes are made by cashiers.

Didn't take my card "declined" even though i'm staring at the funds in my account. Forced to go in and pay with a different card. Gas stopped filling before it reached my amount. Horrible staff horrible service.

The chip on my card could not be read at the pump. I went inside to get help. The man at the register was nice but did not know how to help me. He kept asking how much I wanted to put on my card. My answer was I was not sure because I wanted to fill my tank and I did not know "how much" that was going to be. I just wanted them to help get my card read so I could fill up and "whatever the cost" be charged for that. They said someone would come out and help me at the pump. Nobody ever showed up! I was standing outside waiting. Ridiculous that nobody knew how to deal with situation as I certainly cannot be the only one that this has happened to. This gas station is always over crowded so I usually try not to come here.

I'm only giving this station 3 stars because it's always clean. Without the cleanliness I would give it one star, Why?? Let me explain: #1 this station may be convenient but they are ALWAYS at least 30 cents more expensive than the "average" price of a gallon. #2 it's basically a nightmare getting in and out of the pumps if it's busy. #3 and the absolute BIGGEST ANNOYANCE is that this station basically uses the "Safeway Rewards Program" as a scam. I have tried my number and 5 family members numbers with the appropriate zip codes and have never been able to use reward points. My boyfriend has also tried many times (he only uses the "fancier" gas from Chevron for his "fancy car" lol) and has NEVER been able to use his reward points either. The machine will literally beep error over and over, then say "calling attendant" (which doesn't work bc the attendant never comes out) and then when you're ready to say screw it and leave the station you're given the option to "pump gas without reward points" and if you decline have to restart the entire process all over again. So, should you come here? Only if you answer yes to the following: -you have time and patience to waste -you enjoy wasting money -you enjoy getting frustrated -you enjoy waiting 15 minutes to get gas -you enjoy accumulating Safeway rewards but don't actually want to use them

So, I was in the gas station and I was going to just buy some candy bars. I went up to the cashier and I forgot I had a gift card that had no money on it so I asked the man if he just throw it away for me and he said there is a trash can by the coffee area and 6 trash cans outside. I said OK and he said I'm not a trash collector so don't be rude or disrespectful and he was ringing up my candy and I said cancel the transaction and walked away and he said ok don't be disrespectful and I yelled i was just asking you to throw it away and walked out. You need to learn how to be respectful towards customers man. TERRIBLE

Tariq helped me out today and I had to take the time to make sure he gets recognized for his exceptional customer service. Extremely friendly, washed his hands to help people and goes above and beyond for his customers. This is a guy that makes this world a better place. Open Restroom during COVID! Thank you, you rock! The Shell across the street on Stone Valley does not allow paying customers to use their facilities. The employees here were helpful and kind. Good coffee too! Thanks for coming through 100 percent for travelers!

The pumps don't ever really work here. Don't bother. It will pump continuously until you hit about 5-6 gallons then click off. You try to reset it and pump again and the same thing happens 10 seconds later. Even if you try to manually hold it, it will click off again in seconds. Pump, click, pump, click, pump, click until you give up in frustration and stop after a half tank and to go to another gas station or live with your half tank for now. It's not a fluke either, I've tried multiple times and it always happens.
