This was my fifth visit and a total disappointment. We were a scheduled party of three for mani/pedis. The quality of service very much depends on the technician. Unfortunately two of us received sub par service, misshaped nails (some square some round) My manicure was so bad I requested they remove it and not redo it. The third guest in our party received excellent service. The owner called and offered to redo my mani the following day.

Cleanliness: I got a fungal infection on my feet from this place, If you are going to receive a service in this salon, take with you individual accessories and towels for hands and feet, including individual gloves. I received the service from specialist Yulia.

Julie & Amy always do a very nice job! However all of the women are very sweet & caring. I have been coming to this location with my mom for 2 years now! Very nice service & environment (: thank you staff!

Clean, spacious, and tons of color options! The owner or manager is always very friendly on the phone and in person. Lots of parking and great location!

I don't recommend this nail salon. I had a pedicure done a month ago & took off my nail polish to discover a toenail fungus. They are the only salon I'd go to but will not ever again!!!!!

I've been going to this place on and off for about 6 years and I'm finally done. The service and quality has been hit or miss but generally has been getting worse and worse. This final time was painful and a rip off. I asked for a pedicure and to remove my dip manicure. The pedicure was good, the lady was nice and even let me switch colors after she painted a couple toes and I didn't like the look. I asked to just removed my dip and clean my nails, no new manicure. The lady who removed my dip manicure was HARSH. She used the electric nail drill and was demolishing my cuticles and cut deep into two of my fingers (picture attached). It surprisingly didn't hurt too bad in the moment, but when she added oil and lotion it started to burn. She apologized but the damage was done. When I went to pay it was $60! I was shocked so I asked what the prices were. The pedicure was $30 (fair of course), then the man explained they charge $10 for dip removal (a little more than I expected especially because I got the dip from them 3 weeks ago), then he explains I got a manicure without the polish, so it was $20. I only asked for my nails to be cleaned, and they were cleaned up and then cut up /: I've given this place to many chances.

I have been coming here for YEARS and always have the best experience. no matter if I am here for dip, gel acrylics or a pedicure they are all outstanding. Highly recommend!

Friendly, super nice and experienced the sweetest gal ever to work on my nails. It was relaxing and very accommodating. I highly recommend the dipping because it is very natural and still is strong! I'll be back again and again!!

Highly recommend this nail shop in Alamo. Excellent service & friendly staff. The business is clean and they have all the latest products. Amy is incredible at doing nails and is a perfectionist at what she does.

Too much for what you are getting .. charge you for service that is supposed to be part of the service such as regular callus scrubbing when I asked for it, she got a Romano cheese grater ... you ask for one type of service they charge you for one step up ... I had to ask to clean the seats and the arm rests... there were a clear layer of nail dusts .... I do not recommend it at all ... Thanks

I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure only to be passed over when a regular customer came in. Very rude treatment. I will not return here. And I will do everything I can to ensure no others come here either

Not a good experience. I had a set of French Gel nails applied. I have had gel nails in the past and they last 3-4 weeks. I noticed the girl was very fast, seemed almost too fast between coats and they were pushing their dip process vs gel. 4 days later, 7 of 10 nails were chipped or lifting. When I went back in, first they tried to tell me it was because my nails were in bad condition, which is completely false (I had not had gel for 9-10 months, only regular manicures and my nails were in great shape!). Then she refused to redo all the nails, would only fix the 7, and you know it was not 12-24 hours later the rest were in equally bad shape. I think their products are old, and the application poor. I would not go back, as there are too many salons that provide good service and products, and are willing to stand behind their work.

WARNING!! Worst Manicure of my life!! I went to have a French manicure before a big work event and within an hour of getting my nails done - one of my nails chipped. I went back and they fixed it graciously. I left that evening for an out of town convention and woke up the next day to ALL of my Nails Chipped, Cracked and Peeling. I had to work the biggest and most important work event I had in years with chipped and cracked nails. I returned from my convention to ask for a refund and they refused saying - we won’t refund you because you’re just going to talk bad about us anyway. I’ve been going to Custom Nails for over 15 years. I will NEVER GO BACK.Service: Manicures

this place is amazing! i got a dip powder ombré with glitter and it turned out exactly how i wanted. i also got a wonderful pedicure!! the people here are extremely nice and patient, and the service is always wonderful! i will never go anywhere else for a manicure! :)
