Excellent workmanship aligning my heavily modified mustang. My suspension setup is unique. Nothing OEM about it. So I had to find a shop that would be ok with me "interacting." And I know it sucks to have that nervous customer helicoptering the whole time but to my surprise I was comfortable with the way Chad handled my car right away. I could tell he knew what he was doing and that made the whole process a breeze. My appointment was on time and finished earlier than expected. Sincerely appreciate the service I experienced @ Albany Auto & Tire Service.

The shop installed a full set of front struts, rear shocks with new upper bearing mounts, and did an alignment. I had a number of other concerns with the vehicle that I wanted addressed. They confirmed what was actually,They made all the repairs promptly, and in less time than originally quoted. In summary the work was done correctly, and for a fair price. Will bring my car to them again.

My new tire got a screw in it and Albany Automotive & Tires got me right in and fixed it quickly and for a fair price. I know where I'm going in the future for my tire needs!

It was my first visit to the shop and I was satisfied with the (brake) work. Turns out there are 3 other issues that need immediate work, so I am still sort of in shock. Too early to say if I would refer them to a friend; let's see what happens. The service was polite and professional, which I appreciate a lot.

* Tried to sell me new tires by pointing at an area on the tire that has no wear bar and saying "look the tread is down to the wear bar!"* Put multiple dents and scratches in my wheel, all the way down to the aluminum.* Didn't bother to balance the wheel after remounting the tire.

Had AC service done and the people were great! On time and friendly. They offer a discount on non credit card purchases (wish I would have known prior). AC back up and running. Good to find professional and honest auto repair. We'll be return customers when necessary!
