I walk in and the staff greets me I inform him that I have multiple questions. He listens to one and says have a seat "someone will be right over to assist you". 15 minutes later as I'm walking out the same staff asks me is there a problem ? I said yes " you said someone would be right over" He looks at the two tables where customers are being tended to and says it will be about "5-10 mins". I stated you didn't inform me that the staff you were supposedly sending over were currently with other customers" you don't know if it will be 5-10 mins and there are two other women waiting to be assisted before I sat down. Poor professionalism.

I am writing a bad review NOT about a particular store but customer service. I've been with them for a long time and have now decided to switch as they are just too expensive. I transferred to a competitor for 1/2 the cost. BUt, I got my bill which is incorrect and tried calling them. TWICE they said can't help you and transferred me to new carrier but I just started with them so no bill due yet. Bill SAYS AT&T and it is THEIR bill but no one will talk to me. I tried to email CEO but came back undeliverable. I did see Mr Stankey said in the news he was dissapointed when he checked out their service vs others. Well, I guess we learn from our mistakes so GOODBYE AT&T.

Where's your head ATT? Not in this mall, not unless you want a headache. Located inside the Crossgates Mall, I stopped into this AT&T store on the off chance that they would be able to hook me up with a very special deal to switch over from Verizon. I've been trying out and visiting a bunch of these stores because Verizon has been completely destroying my bank balance, and so far I haven't found that magical deal that made me actually make the switch - but I intend to keep looking for sure. This particular store will be hard to find if you come in looking specifically for it, but if you are just browsing this enormity of a mall, it's convenient and close to a lot of other good stuff. They were friendly enough, but the place in Buffalo actually was offering me a better deal which is also AT&T. It's weird how different locations offer different deals and rates.

When did AT&T stores start looking for hipster. They're now clad in salvaged wood surrounded by almost as many electronic devices as the Apple store, but minus the thirty Apple store employees. I've been here several times, service can be hit or miss at times. It can get very busy, even at non-peak hours so I'd highly recommend budgeting 30-45 min to handle what ever it is you came in for. We have had some great customer service here, with knowledgeable staff who are quick and efficient. We've also had poor customer service that was slow and painful so I'm sort of on the fence about this place.

Justin was great. I walk in with my wife's Verizon burner, a new unlocked Moto G (I think), my own AT&T iPhone 6, a couple scraps of paper with phone numbers, pin numbers and account details, and absolutely zero knowledge of what I'm doing. Within a few minutes he was able to tell me that what I was looking to do was get a sim card for the new phone. He does some stuff and asks me a bunch of simple questions. I don't have the answer to some of them, so I call the people who know on my working phone. Justin is very patient through all of this. Then he tries to figure out the Verizon account number so my wife's mobile number stays the same, which turns out to be more challenging than he expected. I am very patient through that process, and used the time to take a couple pictures in the store and screw around on Instagram. I was just glad that the missus would no longer want to borrow my phone for streaming Pandora on her runs. Long story short, like magic, I walk out of there with two modern working phones. Part of me wanted to snap the burner in half and throw it into trash. That would be badass, but I think there may still be pictures of my daughter on that thing, so I just put it in my pocket and got a celebratory frappuccino at Starbucks. Don't judge me. I mean, what else are you going to do at the mall?

Holy crap! This store is the worst! They lie and cheat. I added a line here and my bill hasn't been correct since! It's weird, they always overcharge me, seems their computers can't charge the correct price ever, but they have no problems charging more. Avoid this store unless you are made of gold.

AT&T has a reputation for being a bad cellular provider and that is not without a reason. They are consistently ranked the worst cellular provider in the USA. I have their service for only one reason and that they allow data surfing while talking on the phone. Once they get rid of them they will certainly loose me. This particular store is actually very nice. The staff is very good and friendly. They serve on "first come first serve" basis so make sure you let them know that you have some business there and not just checking out new devices.
