DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. The old pharmacy staff members are unbelievably rude. They treat their patients like drug addicts. Seems like there is a culture of serious hostility in the pharmacy. I’ve been disrespected more times than I care to remember. Use the El Cerrito CVS pharmacy instead, they are excellent.

I was hung up on, in the middle of asking about a prescription that my doctor told me to call in about. I called back, and the pharmacist put me on hold and kept putting me on on hold until I gave up and hung up. Do Not use this pharmacy.

I don’t leave comments, especially negative ones. But I am tired of the poor pharmacy service there. It’s already more than three times. Every time, they don’t fill my prescriptions fully. Today I got my insulin pens without the pen needles. I always needed to go back at least once to get all my medicines. Can they work smartly? It feels like they are working like robots to fulfill the orders without the brain.

About as bad as it gets. Very understaffed, and badly staffed. If you have any issues filling your medication or if it isn't in stock there and call the pharmacy, you may be met with unprovoked hostility regardless of how nicely and clearly you approach them.

We tried to buy razors here and no one had keys for them, even though many employees were there. They literally shrugged like they had no control over the situation. We instead bought cheap razors that weren't locked up, and the advertised sales price didn't apply. Horrible experience; it actually felt like us coming to the store was bothersome to these employees.

CVS Pharmacy on Solano Ave, Albany,CA is a great place to get prescriptions. Pharmacists Dina and Farine are excellent. They always go out of their way to help you. They are very kind and they smile which is very important. They love what they do and it shows. They are a good team. They do many things: I’ve seen them filling prescriptions, answering the phones, talking to customers and giving people vaccinations. They have a high stress job and they do it very well! Thank you to this CVS Pharmacy.Also thank you to the technicians Anna and Saba for being so kind and helpful.

My wife has a life long chronic illness and we depend on several medications to manage it. The pharmacists, Farrin, Dina, and their support staff, work tirelessly to fill everyone’s prescriptions. They are kind and caring. We are very lucky to have them in Albany / North Berkeley. Please be kind to them!

Always a long line to pick up your medicine, horrible customer services, it is not the staff's fault, they are always short of staff. CVS probably puts NO value on customer experience. Avoid this place if you can
