“I actually found Amerinote online when I was searching for a company to buy a note that I was carrying. I talked with them as well as two other companies and this company was very quick to answer my questions transparent with their information and easy to talk to. At the end of the day the process was quick went according to their plan with the exception of the title company taking an extra couple of weeks. Unfortunately that was outside of their control but the closing went quickly when it took place and funds were wire transferred nearly immediately. Give these guys a few thumbs up!”

“I went to Oakland Gold and Silver as a first time precious metal buyer. I came in with minimal knowledge and the couple who own the shop took time to educate and help me with my purchase of gold and silver. The experience was very comfortable. “Quality/Quantity - I was not going to write a Yelp on them, but this is my second visit in a month and both times have been a 5 star experience. Previous visits were negative (years ago).Our favorite branch is SF Geary with Katrina the branch manager. She is amazing; one of the two best employees of the company in my opinion!! Too bad that location is closing or has closed.Kieth was good, took care of all my needs in a very timely fashion.The security guard was even better; she greeted me in the parking lot, walked over to open the door for me, and went out of her way to say goodbye when I was leaving.Oh well, no coffee or fresh baked cookies today? Kieth said the cookies got burned...My previous recent visit was just as positive; sorry I did not get names.But the security guard, an older gentleman, also went out of his way to open the door for me. Atmosphere - Good size branch. Small size parking. But plenty of metered street parking.Service - See above, your team has improved so much at this location. I look forward to coming here more often.Price - N/A. “Drive thru ATM is ok but don't come here at 11am in a weekday. Obviously everyone is coming during lunch but wouldn't you staff accordingly?Why don't banks have a "take a number" ticket system so elderly customers can sit instead of standing in line. Let everyone just relax until their number is called. Khalid is awesome - was very nice trying to help my father with his credit card payment.”

I have no idea where the BRANCH MANAGER LAILA ARNERICH received her talent and skill but where ever it was I truly think its just natural because she sure does an outstanding job with everything she does from A to Z.I am a customer that uses this branch on a daily basis and I have NEVER been treated with the upmost respect that she delivers to her customers.It is funny because its not just her but I think that it is rubbing off on her employees because I just can't find 1 thing that they do wrong.I had to take this time out of my work schedule to share this with the community Design district in San Francisco. “I just went in on some light banking questions and the teller came right up to the window immediately and asked me to come over. He was followed by the manager who introduced herself which I thought was very cool. I mentioned to them that I was at a branch in the next town. But this one's more convenient to my house and was told that. I'm very welcome to do business with him at any time I'd like.I like customer service like this. It's nice to see some place that I can walk into and feel like a valued customer. And don't misunderstand me the people at the bank that I'm currently at are just as nights. This one just happens to be closer to my house.They will definitely see my business again.”

“I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for many years...I had to go to this office because my eldest sister passed away and she had a safety deposit box. Of course we had to complete all the legal work. I made an appointment with banker (Sanjeev Kumar) to close out the box to drive up to San Francisco later in the week. I was very happy that because we had the keys and the paperwork, we were able to accomplish what we needed in less than an hour. I read all of the negative reviews but I personally have never experienced poor treatment. I've been banking with them for many years but my usual bank is located down the peninsula. This bank has been a family bank for over 30 years without any issues.”

“I usually don't write a lot of comments but for this particular place I will after all this nonsense from people. I come here twice a month to cash my check. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. But on the other hand most of their customers are so DEMANDING. They treat employees like trash and not like human beings. I have witness several times customers being impatient, disrespectful and using profanity towards them. I understand that we are all going through difficult times but it doesn't mean that us as customers are to treat them badly. It seems like nobody has ever worked in customer service nor understand what happens behind the scenes. Yes there is always room for improvement but non of us are able to judge!!! Because people write down things here but never share how they approached the bank employee- did you arrive yelling? Did you demand instead of listening?. I only want to say. Analyze how you react and treat people like you want you to be treated. Not because we are customers it means that we get to treat people who are putting their life's at risk and leave their family like trash. I truly believe in karma and what ever you wish for will come back to you. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO BE HUBBLE NOW IN DAYS????????”

“Nice, safe place to do your banking for sure. A little under staffed right now because of the aftermath of the pandemic but the line moves fast. Nothing but great customer service here and employees that try to get to know you versus just you being another number. There's a lot of parking available but it can be a bit of a bit of a sht show because some people don't know how to drive. Ha.”
