Lab draws are not an enjoyable experience in most cases. At this labcorp location I genuinely felt that the needle was the least painful part of the experience.
The front desk attendant’s attitude is awful, I made the effort to come in early and before they were busy. Only for her to roll her eyes at me during our extremely brief interaction. I strongly suggest all of your staff has an attitude adjustment.
Do not come here if you’re looking for actual patient sensitivity. I’m not just a bag of veins with an insurance card.

Okay, so all the online appointments are taken. Instead, I go early… like around 6:30am-ish. It’s not crowded and the wait isn’t long. Now, several people complain about the Black customer service woman in the front. She and I get along great. All I do is treat her nicely… I tell her, “Good morning…” and she appreciates being appreciated. In return, she does the same with me. Anyway, the lab is convenient. Not too far from my house (a couple miles). Again: go early.

I went in today without appointment and it was amazing how quickly staff attended. My doctor ordered fasting lab work and the lady who attended me was gentle and friendly. Thank you to the staffs working this morning on 04/01/2024.

Hi The receptionist has a huge attitude. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't take it out on clients. She needs training how to provide customer service or to be fired immediately.

I've never felt the need to review a labcorp before, but this experience was not ok. It felt aggressive when she drew the blood. She tied the tubing extremely tightly, and ditto the compress afterwards. ***She must have stabbed a vein. I only had one vial drawn, and my arm still hurts three days later, with a sharp pain. *** On top of it, logistically it felt like visiting a bad DMV. They seemed to be moving purposefully slowly, even though there were several of us waiting. Disorganized and unhelpful front desk caused me to lose my turn in line, mumbling my middle name instead of calling out my first or last name. I also heard them on the phone asking someone to come back because they made a mistake and didn't draw all the needed samples. Next time I'll drive the extra distance to go elsewhere. Disorganization is a hassle that can be tolerated. Harming me? No. As I noticed after the fact, others have also complained about being injured here.

This is my favorite Labcorp. I always get in and out in a reasonable time and the staff is always so kind.

The African American lady at the front door has the worst attitude. She did not want to answer questions when asked and made faces, dude get a different job if you don't like working there.

This place gets AWFUL reviews and I'm absolutely baffled. Every time I've been there they've been fabulous and quick and painless. I was in this morning for fasting bloodwork without an appointment and they literally had me in and out in about 15 minutes, total. The front desk lady was great and the lady who drew the blood was great as well. Thank you to the Friday morning crew!

The person working at the front desk was very unkindness. The entrance door was open and when I walking she scream saying that close the door! Very rude and she have a attitude problem, I felt like I was being racist by this rude woman is Ms. Sonya. Someone should teach this employee about the manner and how to treat patients.

Love going to this location over the one in Pinole to avoid the CHAOS in Pinole. In/out in a reasonable time. Friendly staff and painless draw. Love this location and worth the 15 minutes drive.

I was a walk-in on Tuesday, October 10th and I couldn't believe I was in and out in 10 minutes. The lady at the front took my test orders and directed me to the kiosk to check in. It took all of 30 secs. She asked me to take a seat. A minute later this pleasant young lady asked me to wake a seat in a booth. I told her in full disclosure that I hate needles, but we need to get through this. I looked away and felt a rubber strap around my arm and waited for the needle jab. Less than two minutes later she said I could stop making a fist. She had two full vials. I couldn't believe she was finished as I was still waiting for the javelin to pierce my arm. I am going to drive to Albany for all my future blood work. Incredible experience.
