The staff at this specific BofA have been extremely helpful and friendly. They have squeezed me in multiple times when I didn't have an appointment because they understood the timeliness of my needs. They made what could be a stressful process, feel a bit more at ease.

Please don't bank with BofA!!! I used it as a secondary account. It was a chock when transferring BofA to BofA account, and being told by the teller that funds will be available same day at midnight, the money was held up for 4 DAYS!!!!!!! It was a terrible experience. And what was disturbing, the funds were removed from one account and did not post to another account. It was on hold as "unusual transaction". I called the help line and they just HANG UP on me - did not want to deal with it. Now that I read reviews I know other people had similar experience. Please stay away from BofA, don't be a victim of this banking travesty!

We are withdrawing $$ from all our accounts here. This bank (and all its branches) are providing zero customer service or response and charging us fees on an account we never used! After waiting on the phone for about an hour 3 times now in the past week (with 'a special customer service #' the branch rep gave me) I've had enough. We are taking our losses and moving on. To where??? No idea. All of our local banks suck.

The bank charged me erroneously for something. I stood in line outside to get inside due to Covid. Then I waited for an associate because the teller doesn't handle a simple $35 transaction. Apparently either do the associates so now I'm sitting on hold for 30 minutes with Customer Service. Just an idea. Close the banks and put the workers on the phones. But then you wouldn't own that real estate. Hmmm

This BofA branch is lovely. Civilised, intelligent, helpful people. When I went in, there was a lady there in financial distress... and the folks here were so sweet and offered her a seat and sympathy. Now this is a good branch.

Wish i would have read the reviews before I came here. First time at this branch and received terrible customer service. No willingness to help and I was given the excuse "I can't handle complicated, I don't feel well today" from the woman greeting in the lobby. I rather go to the branch that is 15 miles away because they were VERY helpful. Need to retrain your staff here on what good customer service and being professional is.

Despite the occasional lines, this branch has the nicest, most helpful employees. They are friendly, give you the best service. If you encounter a long line, take a deep breath, when it is your turn at the window, you will receive the best service.

The reviews are all accurate. Indifferent and careless employees. I had an appointment at 11, showed up on (after confirmation) only to be informed that they are 45 minutes behind and nothing can be done. This is my second trip because the first time they didn't even have an employee that could do the work available.

You only ha e to look at the reviews to see that this bank is TERRIBLE. It doesn't matter what day or time you come here you are going to wait a very very very long time. They recently rebuilt this branch to have more tellers and more "cubicles" but failed to hire any new employees so all it is is just a bunch of empty tellers and empty cubicles. A complete waste of money. Bottom line this place sucks! Worst bank I've ever had. Bank of America sucks to begin with but this branch in particular is a NIGHTMARE! Today I've had enough and I've FINALLY decided to close my account. Never again.

This is the worst branch of Bank of America. If you are planning to open a new account (unfortunately in BoA), then don't go here. Bankers don't respect new customers and tellers plan to do everything but don't even do simple things. So overall combination of poor management, unprofessional staff, unpleasant and long lines.

I consistently experience terrible customer service at this branch. Today I was there around 1pm and there were more than six people in line, which was moving very slowly. There was only one teller working. When I asked the manager why she didn't have a second teller, she told me the teller was at lunch. To me this is extremely bad management and poor customer service to schedule lunch breaks and not have a back up teller at a very busy time. It sends the message that the bank doesn't care about its depositors and customers.

This BoA is by far, and hands down, the worst. I came in here to make a withdraw today through my business account, and I was declined not because my account didn't have sufficient funds, but because I had just made the transfer while I was standing in line and the transaction is "Processing". First of all this was a BoA to BoA transaction, and not from any stranger, I literally transfer the money from a personal account to my business account while I was walking into the branch. The funds are there, no clearing issues, nothing. Until the end of the day, the transaction will show processing, I get that. However, the money was pulled from my other account to my business account and this is all verifiable through BoA. They fucking told me I had to come back tomorrow to get my money. THIS IS NOT YOUR MONEY. How in the world can you tell me I can't have access to my money that is there in my account? It's a flat out joke. I went to a different branch and had no issue withdrawing. I really don't understand why this branch operates under different policies. Luckily I wasn't in a huge rush, but how in gods green earth can you legitimately tell me I can't have access to my money when the funds are cleared and available in the account? Then to tell me to come back the next day? What if I needed the money today? Why can't I get it today? I transfer the funds into that account to consolidate my withdraw, why should that be an issue if it is processing? This wasn't an external bank transfer, this wasn't a check I just deposit, it wasn't something BoA couldn't verify. I flat out logged into one BoA account on my phone, and transferred it to my other BoA account as I was walking inside. I checked both accounts before even talking to a teller to verify my funds were there. Only to be told my funds weren't accessible to me.

BofA mostly sucks anyway, however this branch is particularly awful. They are constantly understaffed, trying to get everyone to do things through the ATM instead. BofA management listen to your customers! If we get in line to see a teller then we want to see a teller, not to be continually barraged by someone trying to convince us not to see a teller. And God help you if you happen to not have a deposit account there, even with a credit card, if you want to cash a check someone wrote you. Two valid forms of ID (including one that was a BofA credit card), signature match, funds in account and they still wouldn't cash it. How do people not know that they can take their accounts somewhere else and be treated much, much better? I feel for the tellers as it's not their fault and they're doing the best they can. However overall this branch falls waaaaay below what I would expect as a customer. Save yourself some grief and go to ANY OTHER BRANCH than this one!

Limited hours to start with. After a teller refused to accept a check rushed back here for a second time and arriving at 5:02 manager stood there and would not let me in despite other customers still being inside. Don't have the time to make 3 trips to the bank to deposit one check will find a new bank.
