I brought in older car with suspension issues. They honored an outdated coupon for new tires. Gave me excellent service and worked with me to prioritize issues based on my budget. Returned car to me a day faster than expected. Fast and friendly and local to me. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I just received my first ever plastic junk mail. Karmakanix was a Berkeley based business, and apparently Adams Autoworx is in Albany, but your marketing team must not be from around here. There's no reason this needed to be made of plastic. Please don't do this again!

I had to get a newly designed cat shield for my 2023 Prius. Ronnie was totally awesome to deal with. Since it was a completely different part that they previously installed, the two part cat shield was a little more expensive, and Ronnie was really good at being upfront about it and explaining why. Great guy and after installation, the job was significantly less than the earlier estimate. Plus, they did a magnificent clean job of installing it. I highly recommend this business.

Well, I got bad news from them vis a vis the long term prospects for my vehicle.
But through it all they were very communicative, kind, informative and helpful.
My service advisor Melissa, was easy and pleasant to work with.
Also they did fix the issue that I had initially gone in for. (bad AC)
I will be using them for the rest of my vehicle's life however long that may be and for when I get a replacement car!

Beware of the fees. I was told the oil change would be 89.99 when setting up the appointment. They added an oil disposal fee of 15 dollars at the end. So it costs about the same to do it in the dealership.

I've been going here for a few years now and they always have great customer service, fast turnaround time, and do a thorough job. They can be a bit pricey sometimes, but when they have specials going on, it's more affordable. You just have to sign up for their email list to access the specials. All around, a high quality of service and I'd definitely recommend.
