“I love these guys. They carry my brand, and make sure it’s always available. They even delivered once after my car was totaled. Oh wait, I’m not special. They do deliveries.🤣
Wonderful and friendly and they always remember me.
Parking is a bit of an interesting game”
“Ali always treats me right when I come to his store and always has what I’m looking for. It’s always a nice and friendly environment here and I’ve been coming to this store for 12 years. Staff is also super friendly all the time and the store inside looks super nice all the time!”
“As an international customer I can’t recommend Big Als enough. 5* service from order to delivery. Communication, shipping and product all spot on, looking forward to using you again.”
“I found this place on TikTok and my kids wanted to come. It's a convenient store do you'll have to find street parking. The store was a lot bigger than I expected. They had the viral fruit ice cream going around. They gad the money unique snacks I have seen and very well stocked. They even had clothes and pet food. It's was a little pricey but very fun to try new snacks.”

“7.50 montego cigarettes.. cheapest I've found for smokes in San Francisco. Sodas. Trinkets, smoking supplies for the more speedy types and vape flavors too. Cash or card card”
“The One is THE. BEST.

“Well this store is pretty different it's a like a smoke shop, clothing store, groceries I went there to get a stamp and found out this wasn't what I expected guess you can say a all in one store”
“The name says it all! I LOVE THIS SMOKE SHOP!!! I can never just pop in and out. I always have to hang for a while with the fam bam. Products and customer service are on point. Forever a regular...”
“Hands down, one of the best tobacco shops in town! They have a great selection of tobacco products, and there’s plenty more to browse around the store. I was surprised to find NFL team hats, beanies, and other souvenirs, along with a variety of rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry. Whether you’re looking for a new hat, a small gift, or just want to check out the selection, there’s something for everyone, and the prices are great.
Definitely worth stopping by!”
“Really good papers haven't received any stale papers. Go to shop if I ever need a vape, papers, bong, pipe, baggies, and whatever other smoke essentials. They have Yocan batteries amazing batteries long lasting if you smoke carts. Really good customer service. Cheapest vape they got is 10 and still a solid vape.”
“Best smoke shop in San Francisco. I've been going here for more than 20 years. I drive clear across town to go there; wouldn't think of going anywhere else.”
“Mustafa provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was trying to find a missing piece for one of my devices, and instead of brushing me off, he took the time to look through different options and genuinely tried to help me find exactly what I needed.
It’s rare these days to find someone who’s that patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Even though it was a small purchase, he treated it like it mattered. That kind of service makes all the difference.
If you’re looking for a smoke shop with friendly, honest, and helpful staff, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Mustafa. Thanks again for all your help!”
“Been a customer for over a decade. The staff wants your business, perhaps it comes across as being pushy but you gotta understand the level of competition hi times faces being one of a half dozen smoke shops in the immediate area. While his selection isn't the most premium, there are great deals to be had and the more you frequent the shop, the friendlier the deals get. Make educated decisions regarding your purchases and you will score the greatest deals in Berkeley. If you go during the day the owner is working and he is a good dude, definitely not the typical Downtown/telegraph mark up. Don't be offended if the sales pitch is a bit aggressive. I think his employees are bonused on sales volume.”

“My Favorite Smoke shop store. The only one I visit since I discovered it mid year, they have everything you can think of, great prices and deals. And the best customer service these guys will take care of you and hook you up, I mean it 5 star service and merchandise.”
“The best place to buy your smoking essentials and etc! The store is owned by a great family! Everybody is so nice when entering the store. Great place to to patronize!”
“Best smoke shop in the Castro! There are many options & probably w/ some items: you've likely never seen before! If you're heading up Market St towards the Castro, you'd be an idiot not to stop! You need a torch? You'll find one seemingly made for you. You need some ganja? Voila! A perfect-sized cock ring? Go with the Oxballs brand (in my humble opinion). The guys who work here are hospitable, good businessmen, & it never hurts that they happen to be easy on the eyes... ? With that said: just go. Have fun. Enjoy your life!

“They have an amazing selection of things of all sorts! Staff was very helpful and happy to help me. It was clean and organized wonderfully and the items aren't too expensive, very reasonable prices. I enjoyed my time there and will most definitely return in the future.”
“It's a great shop, over priced compared to what I'm use to but it is in SF so that's understandable. Workers are good people and will work with you on price if your a little short. Anytime I've ever needed something from a smoke shop while in SF this is the place I go. Check em out!!”

“*** Warning Buyers beware*** this shop is 20% more expensive than all the other shops. On cigarettes 30% more expensive. They are not a discounter. Also they record in their store and release items on social media without your prior written consent. I went in and the guy tried to cheat me in a pack of smokes. When I walked out his shop he said some thing to the effect of he would cause me harm, I told him exactly how I felt and what would happen if he tried, then he called our corporation from a private number as it was on my t-shirt. (I work for a company that has very high security. I told the attorney of our company what had happened and he called to try and get the surveillance store footage. The person at that store stopped answering the phone and has repeatedly hung up on our attorney. Also we encourage everyone to not use this store. Literally the gas station next door has better items and all the same items for LESS.”
