The major kitchen appliance we need repaired is almost 30 years old. After taking a look at it and trouble shooting, Toby advised us that after replacing the very expensive vintage broken part and paying for what would be a full day of labor, we should instead start fresh with a new appliance. He took the time to show me what was wrong so I understood the problem and solution. Very professional and trustworthy person. I appreciated the extra gesture that both employees were wearing masks and gloves out of courtesy and precaution.
