Went here at 2:40 am on a Saturday to grab a quick bite because most places were closed and the doors were locked. The lights were on, but nobody was inside. I saw a bell next to the door so I pressed the button. After about 30 seconds someone from the back started walking towards the door and yelled "We're closed bro." And then just turned around and went to the back. I then checked the business hours and it clearly shows that it's open 24 hours. Then I searched on google maps and Yelp as well. Both clearly shows open 24 hours. I just needed something to eat cause I was starving. Guess I have to find another 7-11 that is open 24 hours.

I strongly do not recommend this location anymore. I prefer the one on Commonwealth and Atlantic even though this one is literally right around the corner from my home I would rather get in my car and drive for way better service ever since the new young children here have taken over the 7-Eleven on Garfield and Pine Street. It's been a total disaster, very disrespectful non-functioning people here they like to close the doors in the nighttime they don't answer the doors when you ring the bell they're always in the back doing God knows what, and the lady with the long hair in a ponytail and she's thin is always rude. For instance, I went in there pulled out money from the ATM and the ATM only have $20. I simply asked if I can have one $10 bill and 2 $5 bills she then reply do you have to buy some thing, but I told her I just got money out of your ATM. I just simply need the change I was going to be very nice and give it to a homeless person, but she didn't care and I'm short on cash so I can't just hand out $20 to somebody but I would like to hand out at least five dollars for somebody to go get some thing to eat. I do have a heart. I hope that all these young people here at 7-Eleven get removed and please put in some adults that don't mind working here that are friendly and polite and helpful. Even when I asked for my receipt, they don't even wanna give me my receipt. I am entitled to my receipt so therefore give me my receipt and take that ugly look off your face while I'm asking you for the receipt. Things really need to change here but definitely I'm not coming back and in the middle of the night don't even bother coming over here after 7 PM because there's too many druggies low lives Criminals roaming around here

Employees have no respect there is this one guy with glasses not to sure of the name but he is very disrespectful i know the young man going to college bit the overnight guy don't go when he's there he comes off wrong

I got ripped off. I gave the cashier a Fantasy 5 ticket that I had just checked on the scanner at the counter and showed that I had won several replays. He ran the ticket and told me it wasn't a winner, even though the ticket now had "cashed" printed on it when he gave it back. I scanned it again, and it now said that the winnings had been paid out. So he stole my replays. Not coming back to this store again...

This 7/11 has repeatedly tried to give me short change. Today $10. They purposely try to give you less change when you pay cash. Pls be aware!!!

Was just in there like 2 minutes ago. Cashier is incredibly rude, has no manners and had no name tag on fir me to share who it was. Was short and when I asked him a question didn't even let me finish whT I was saying. Will never come back here. If you don't like your job don't go to work and take it out on other people. Everyone has there own problems and as a customer service representative you should act appropriately.

Horrible employees here. I've came a few times to this location to deliver a product and the employees here are always extremely rude and raise their voice at me. They are very mistrusting and won't even let me speak or explain to them what's going on. They tell me that I don't know how to do business and that I'm disrespectful hahaha it's the other way around. The only 7eleven I have issues with, all the other locations I service in SoCal I have had little to no problems with. The middle aged lady working here is a real piece of work, I called my supervisor to talk to her so we can resolve as issue and she blatantly insulted me. I hope I never have to come back here again with how they treat their business and clients.

The staff is racist ,when I was doing doordash to pick up order at this store ,everything was going normal ,I waited in the line ,when it was my turn to get served ,that female Mexican staff just skipped me to help the guy who behind me , but I didn’t say anything ,after all the people are gone in store only me left,she asked me the customer name and I gave it to her ,then she put me away again and talking to another staff for a long time,so I asked her what’s going on ,that female staff was like you want your order or not ,I said I’m just asking what’s going on because you put me away for a while ,then she said you can leave ,I asked her why ,but she kept saying leave ,so final I can’t find any words to say except F word to her,by the way,why I say that she is racist,because I was the only asian in that store,anyone know how to contact 7 11 to complain that staff,with that attitude she needs to be fired

This is the worst 7 eleven ever. I stopped going here for months and recently stopped in to pick up some milk and snacks. There was one customer waiting in line when I walked in and no one behind the counter. I waited a couple of minutes and noticed the customer in front of me was getting pretty agitated. I asked if there was anyone working here and he said I guess not. I started to repeatedly activate the door entry chime and then the clerk appears from the rear of the store. He continued to ignore us and started to heat a food item. At this point several other customers had joined the line waiting to be checked out. The male clerk eventually comes to check us out ,he looks like he is homeless with scruffy clothes and an unwashed look. He has zero personality and grunts at you. He is using another hand held device that he seems to be texting someone on while he is trying to serve me. It took almost eleven minutes. it would have been faster and definitely cheaper to just go into Ralphs across the street and get what I needed. This is not a convenience store. It's a store where they treat you like an inconvenience. I won't be going back again anytime soon.

It truly is sad to see the previous bad comments here from months ago and years ago… However today I passed by to get me a hot dog and the set up here were you can open your package grab your hot dog and add your ingredients yourself was Great …. Loved it,,,, there was no time wasted and the Lady working the register very polite and very helpful,,… This 7 eleven is one I do recommend,,,,, Great hotdog and great pizza …. Great Customer Service….

Severely unacceptable. This location is a joke. The lady who was a middle aged Indian woman was so rude and has zero customer service skills. She was more concerned with her phone call over a dude in a black Mercedes' parked in front then the customers in the store who needed bathroom keys and to be checked out in a min. Not 5. Why work here or own a bus Jess of you're gonna he horrible at it.

Took the kids here to get drinks. It was pretty clean and the service was good. There was a lot of parking and we had no problems. I grabbed a hot coffee and there were many flavors available.
