This is the worst store to order delivery from, I say this as this is the second time I have encountered an issue with the products they send. Tonight, I'm preparing to make a pound cake and I ordered Swans Down Cake Flour and a few other items totaling $45.00. The guy hands me the bag and as I reach in to take the box of Cake Flour I notice it's open. That's surprising but I thought oh so long as the bag is sealed, no problem. WRONG. WRONG. I pull the bag out by the corner because the other corner is scrunched in... lo and behold, the bag is folded-over and taped with desk tape. Thankfully, Albertsons offered to refund the $6.99, and a five dollar credit to use on the next delivery. Oh yeah, that'll happen. I can't believe the level of incompetence at this store. At 5:56PM, I purchased a box of the Swans Down Cake Flour from Albertson's. I asked where customer service was and was directed to the CS Counter where Mike G asked if I needed help. Standing there with the box and receipt he asked how he could help and I started explaining that I'd placed an order on their app. Poor guy was so confused by app, placing an order. He asked if I'd called the number above our head and I said "no, I just purchased this from your store but had ordered the exact same thing on the Albertson's app...", Mike G became discombobulated once again and explained the people in the back put it together. I'm dumb. I assume they pull inventory from the store but he didn't have the time or inclination to explain it so he kept telling me to call the number. I'm a fan of people instead of self-checkout but Mine had me wishing for self-checkouts at that very moment. It passed, though because automated is not perfect - auto and humans all make errors. I hope there's no fentanyl in the cake flour (it could be tainted with anything but half the flour is gone), so I bought a new box for this reason. And, I've included more pics.

It's great had everything I needed on superbowl?!!.. Even told the check out clerk.. He laughed.. It's my go to store..

This review is strictly based on the 50¢ sale with digital coupon between 9/6-9/12. It's an amazing deal where you can get up to 24 items mix and match and renting under that list is only 50¢. I wanted the ever popular Haagen dazs 3.6fl oz. I went to this location 2x once on Wednesday, then again on Thursday. I checked the app ahead of time and it shows this location has plenty in stock. On Thursday, there was an employee stocking the freezer item. He notices where I was looking and when I approached, he immediately said "DON'T HAVE IT" I replied stating the app showed stock. He further replies shortly "DON'T KNOW HOW, WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY FOR DAYS" . Welp... that was quite rude, but also, bait n switch move right there! I reached out to Albertsons on Twitter (x) provided my email info and someone was supposed to reach out to me. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing so I'm posting to let all know. These stores are baiting customers with these ads and falling very short.

Ugg, like do they actively want customers to leave? Literally the 3rd time I've left the deli because of the wait. Only one employee there. One guy buying 3 slices of every type of meat... I was the only one waiting. By the time I left the line was 4 deep. Like how do you not have at least 2 people there? And as I said, happens all the time. Last week I walked off after 10 minutes. It's just so dumb. I don't get it. I'm not going to wait 15-20 minutes to get some fried potatoes... who runs this place? They must lose so much business.

Almost every time I choose an item that is marked on sale, or at a lower price, it NEVER rings up on sale at the register. When you alert the staff to the problem, they are bothered and annoyed that they have to research it. Stop overcharging your clients that is a violation of CA State law. I am surprise the Department of Weights and Measures has not fined you yet.

Good and clean stores, employees are super helpful. Bought the ice cream and bunch of flowers.. I felt bit expensive, Huge parking lot and well maintained store. overall experience was great.

DMV kiosk is not working and nobody cares. The machine is broken. Talked to the manager, they don’t even bother putting up an “out of order” sign.Do NOT come here for your registration renewal.

They have a great hot food selections but limited items seems like they're out of stock most times on hot food items like meatloaf, garlic chicken that I'm looking for at this particular location I shop at but otherwise good hot food choice items!

No more bags at the self-checkout stations. You need to find an associate to ask for a bag. You should pay first. That's ridiculous. We are not stealing your bags, guys. Just leave it at the stations, like other stores did.

I ordered drive up. They brought my items , and abiut half of them were missing. I call them and say can I pick up the items I've already PAID for. They tell me to wait and call tomorrow ? But are able Take my money today. Trash employees and company

This store(s) is overrated. Very high prices, quality is exactly the same as any other Mexican or Latino Market. Let's support small and local businesses instead or making these store chai s rich!Just my humble opinion!?

Was really put off by my experience at the store today. I saw a salad kit which, according to its label, was only one day away from its expiration date. It still looked fine, so I figured maybe I'd ask for a possible markdown and take it off their hands, rather than them just letting it go to waste. But the lady at the counter refused, saying they don't do markdowns, which is a complete lie! They have three racks full of clearance items toward the back of the store. They'd rather throw that salad out than profit by selling it with a discount? Where's the logic there? Sure, they have the right to refuse to sell to me, but I have the right to be disgusted by such an awful wasteful practice.
