Every time your machine takes my money! It'll take two dollars then won't take a third and when I push the button it won't give me the change back! This is stealing!

The machine steals your bill and no way to get it back. It has happened twice. First time, I was in rush, but today I tried to find a way to contact someone, no customer service info was available online and offline. The place doesn't seem well-maintained.
